The company lied on the website and said that this hotel I was booking was animal friendly. I book it and the hotel was not in fact animal friendly. Tried to get my money back and the person I was emailing in order to do that refused to respond to me. Tried to get my money back to file a dispute and after waiting 3 months it was denied. This company is horrible, a lie and does not care about a single thing other than lying to people to get their money. Please! Please! Do not give them a dime of your hard earned money. This company is selfish and they practice false advertisement.
