This is the worst company to rent an RV…
This is the worst company to rent an RV from. Flying in from Europe I had a reservation in Atlanta. Raodtrip for two weeks woth my two teenage daughters.
First night we realize the the electricity in the camper isnt working - which meant that out plans of staying in the wild was completely busted. The did nothing to replace the vehicle. Returning the RV was a direct scam. I had emptied the waste water - but since nobody was at the drop-off (ion spite of writen confimation the day before) they was no one to verify it. So they charged me more than 100 dollars AND threaten to fine me bacause I had to leave the RV with anyone there.
THEN came the incredibly rotten service: The refused to re imburse more than 25 % - and I had been VERY fair and demanded only 50 %.
Incredible that a service company delievers so poorly , admit the problems and still refuse to re imburse.
