I bought a sengerand from Home-Tex, and I accidentally bought one that did not fit our crib properly. I reached out to customer support about returning the item, but they wouldn’t take it back because I’d opened the package. I think it’s weird they wouldn’t take it back for this reason. I wouldn’t have known it didn’t fit properly without taking it out of the package.
