Hi Stephen, thanks for your review – we totally feel your pain with the Brexit tax. Wish there was something we could do about that one also! Regarding the quantities, you are 100% right that our packages are a little smaller – but for good reason. We blend in small batches for freshness and flavour, so actually the amount of spice you need to use in your cooking is so much less than if you purchased from a supermarket. A little goes a long way. So with the chilli powder for example, half the amount recommended in recipes of our spice would be more than enough to give you the same kick of flavour.
