Bestilte en mini aircondition, tilsynelatende fra the niche guys, men bestillingen håndteres av myposture. Bestilte i juni, og fortsatt ikke fått enhetene, til tross for flere bekreftelser fra at den var klar for sending.

First, Good communication when we tried to change the departure time, however it was much back and forth when trying to confirm the pick-up. It took some time before we finally got the pick-up time and place. This differed from the confirmation mail and what the service center/contact number knew when I called to confirm pick up. I called three times, and fianlly got the pick-up time around 14 hours before the actual pick up.
Secondly, we were portrayed a transfer time of around 1,5 hours, but this took between 2 and 2,5 hours to and from C'an Picafort from Palma int Airport. I think you can more effectively organize pick-up points at hotels that are so close to one another. We used around 10-15 minutes to pick up first 2 people and then 10-12 people at he other hotel, and these hotel were in my opinion located very close. When you do this 2-3 times the traveltime gets a bit longer than what is necessary.
