Instagram scam. Paid 60 euros of delivery expenses 1 month ago. Never got anything. Instagram scams people or helps others to do so.

Absolutely awful chinese pathetic tweezers paid over 80 euros. Broke at first use, and I mean broke like one of the arms of tge tweezers literally fractured!!!! Scam!!!

All good! I had to respecify address for delivery but parcel arrived one day before expected in the end.

REPLY: As far as I know, there is no Standard grade for this movement. But I might be wrong. The tolerance is actually shown on the site and it does correspond to the tolerance of a standard grade that Katie rightly pointed out. It is frustrating to have a watch that does not perform as expected. However in this case all evidence seems to point to the fact that Katie is right in saying what she's saying. On the grounds of this, who's in error is probably me. Apologies to CW and Katie. The watch performance fits the normal performance of a standard sellita. It could be better but it could be worse as well.

They are just scammers. Don't buy, you'll just lose many.

Sent a Sector steel bracelet to the Morellato lab to be resized came back resized but all the additional links were broken. Bought a Philip Watch for 1000 euros. Broken after 3 months. Sent it to lab for guarantee repair. Came back all scratched and no overhaul had been done. Had to send the watch to my local watch maker who did the overhaul and told me the watch was dry inside, no lubricant. Wrote an email to Morellato to ask why the watch was scratched and if I could talk to the operator who fixed the watch when I sent it to the Morellato lab. They told me sorry that it's scratched we don't take responsibility for it. What a joke. I hope some investor buys Philip Watch to take the company away from these Morellato clowns!!! Shame on you!!!

Mi accodo alle poche esperienze positive espresse dai clienti. Orologi che valgono quello che costano (io ne possiedo 2), buona qualità costruttiva e movimenti che fanno il loro dovere.
Vorrei che fosse prodotta una maggiore quantità di cinturini e bracciali per ogni singolo modello così da poter variare lo stile del singolo orologio.

The watch I bought was a Mido. Came well packaged, but someone had tampered it before and the gasket of the backcase was smaller than should have been, therefore there was a huge leak. Result: water infiltrated, new 600 dollars watch stopped and I had to cover the fixing cost at my local watch maker because Mido (that I also badly reviewed) does not offer any assistance.

Brought a watch on a website. Delivery on 5 august. All documentation in good order: warranty, authentication etc. 100 mt water resistant. I go for a shower: massive leak of water in the watch. I write Mido to get it fixed or whatever (8 August). 2 Sept, still no answers. Ah, by the way the whatch costed 1500 euros.

I bought 3 products from them: a tobacco pouch, a backpack and a belt pouch. 3 great products for quality build and craftmanship. Very pleasant to the eye as well. I think they deserve 5 stars considering that prices are not cheap but not that high either. So all in all very good value for money.

You want to recharge your phone? You gotta pay not only for the recharge that you could have gotten directly from the website of your provider but also an additional charge that is their commission. Did you already recharge your phone through them? You are fortunate if you get the recharge you paid for. I did recharge with the once. Never got my recharge. Useless at best, thieves at worst.
RESPONSE: You didn't reply to the implicit question. Why should I pay 3 euros of comminssion to you, when I can recharge directly from my provider website? What advantage do you provide for those 3 euros??? The fact that you didn't reply is the proof of how shady and useless you are. If I could give you -5 stars I would. PEOPLE WATCH OUT FOR THESE ONES. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

They deliver in December and the operatore, on delivery, ask me to pay 40 euros of custom. I pay. No receipt, no nothing back.
After a couple of months they send me by post a letter, where they threaten me to sue me if I don't pay those 40 euros. I pay them via bank transfer and then I open a case to have my 40 euros back. Guess what? The operator who delivered pocketed the first 40 euros for himself and then they wanted me to pay double, as though it was possible that the delivery man gave me the package if I had refused to pay the costum... These people are scammers!!!

I've shopped on arctic buffalo some times now and the items are pretty good quality even though the variety is not vast and there aren't many original things. Costumer service is always pretty nice. For this last order I had the problem that the local mail services refused to take in the delivery coming from US and they sent it back to arctic buffallo. I heard from the costumer service and they told me that they will send the package over again. I'm waiting to see how this ends... but for now my experience is positive. Will be back with updates asa the situation is solved.

I've been buying from Tribu for some times now. Variety is good and the quality of jewels is pretty superbe. you find pretty rare silver plugs and flesh tunnels that are very beautiful, not to mention nice stone items (moonstone, turquoise, lapis lazuli). They are very original and stylish. They are also more pricy than average and certainly not cheap. Costumer service depends on the employee you find: some are good, some ok, some kinda standoffish. Delivery is very long and, being UK stupidly outside Europe, you've got to pay the local VAT and the costum which means that stuff is always 25-35% more expensive than the selling price. All in all, I'm a client and I will be in the future. Only suggestion to Tribu: reduce the prices a bit, particularly on wood and stone items, which are not precious.

The president bracelet I bought is very eye-pleasing. It looks solidly made and it is not thin in any of its parts. The only think that left me a bit perplexed is that, respectfully speaking, I didn't find "made in France" written anywhere and the bracelet looks very similar in its finishing to another (good quality) bracelet that I bought some time ago on Amazon and that came from China. This is not to say that the bracelets made by Esprit NATO come from China, I don't think they do. I'm just saying they look pretty similar, which does not imply bad quality either, seen that there are some Chinese products that are actually nicely made.
I've worn the bracelet for some 10 days now and it is comfortable. I shower with it and it did not show any rusty spot so far. It does not pull the hair from your arm either.
The client service is ready, polite and competent, with Yann who's always 100% on it. Prices are good and honest for what they offer.
All in all, my experience is more than positive with this order. I'm waiting for another one, so I'll update this review when the second one comes in.

Baltany W10 36 mm Retro British Air Force Pilot Automatic: The watch came in with some scratches on the upper lug. They are not very visible, nontheless they are there, and I did not make them. The thought of wearing a scratched watch bugs me a lot. The sapphyre glass is declared as anti-reflective coating, but it reflects even in absence of light. The watch looks nice even though the two straps given by Baltany are not fantastic. Quality is very good in the finishing (apart from scratches) but the care taken by Baltany around the watch is not good and there are very major technical flaws. After 4 days of use: Time keeping is honest, even good, for a Seiko NH35. Nonetheless, the declared water resistance is 100 m and, according to their own manual, you can even surface swim with this watch. However, after a shower and some careless hand washings - here we go! - a lot of vapour in the dial. Don't know what to say. I'm pretty disappointed for a watch ruined not for my fault.

Compro anello in argento antico e pietra lapis. Dopo due giorni argento totalmente nero e pietra opacizzata. Chiamo per chiedere chiarimenti. Mi dicono che l'argento si annerisce sempre, e va bene, ma attenzione mi specificano anche che la pietra non è lapis come dice la descrizione: lapis è solo il termine che ne descrive quella sfumatura di blu e che la pietra in realtà non è una pietra, ne tanto meno lapislazzulo come faceva intendere il sito, bensí una "pasta" non ho ben capito di che materiale. Insomma molto costosi e molto poco chiari nelle descrizioni dei prodotti.

Solito discorso. Prezzi modici, scelta buona ma non vasta. Eleganza e ricercatezza/originalità 0 rispetto a siti piú costosi e internationali tipo Wild Cat, Urban Body Jewelry o Tribu London. Tempi di attesa merce troppo lunghi ma servizio clienti disponibile e preciso e tutto sommato un servizio affidabile. Non brillano mai ma ci puoi contare sempre.
PS in risposta a Crazy Factory e a chiarimento per gli utenti: la mia esperienza con questa azienda è tutto sommato positiva, infatti, come ho detto su Crazy Factory ci si puó contare e il servizio clienti è responsivo e puntuale. Esprimevo solo una opinione non tanto sulla qualità (buona) dei gioielli ma sull'originalità di quest'ultimi. Se volete roba raffinata dovete rivolgervi altrove. I gioielli di Crazy Factory, a mio avviso, sono belli e di buona qualità, ma non eccellono se volete farvi notare per finezza e originalità. Grazie comunque a CF per aver reagito alla mia review.

Third strap I buy from this people. Stunned by their availability and care for clients. Got the first two, not the third so I cannot testify on the quality of the latter. For the first two, though, I'm fully satisfied with the original look of them, the quality and true smell of the leather and with wearability. Ivan (costumer's service) is great in taking care of what you want. Basically excellent craftmanship, excellent client's care and excellent value for money. Thanks guys, I'll see you next time I wanna buy a leather strap for one of my watches!

Decent price. The watch arrived carefully packed and works well. It didn't have the protective film on the front glass and the seconds hand has a little flaw, that is visible to attentive observers. No alignment issues and for the rest as I said the watch works well, when it comes to times keeping too. After PayPal purchase it was really difficult to get in touch with the owner to have confirmation. There is room for improvement on quality check before shipping and communication with the clients.
