Both journeys were over an hour late, no proper appolagy given

Both journeys were over an hour late, no announcement was made to explain the delay for the bus going to London. The bus from London was an hour late because the driver had not had his break. Passengers were made to feel as if they were of no importance. One of the worst experiences I have ever had, I hope I never have to take the bus again.

Thank you for leaving us your review.

Please accept my apologies for the delays that you incurred whilst travelling with us and the utter lack of communication. I can see from our tracking that your coach to London was heavily delayed on the way out of Bristol due to traffic issues, for which your driver is not responsible but they still should have apologised.

With regards to your return journey, it appears that your coach was effected by the same issue as above on its previous journey hence why the driver had not had his break.

I hope that your next journey with us is a much more timely one.
