From what we understood you spoke to a representative of the company earlier this morning, so its inaccurate to say no body replied to you.
For the sake of transparency, you work at Delen Bank, and potentially a client who is unhappy with your services registered your emails with our blog.
We see you keep on editing the stars, you might end up being a client and 5 star us :)

Expensive but good
Booking and payment was straightforward.
Bus left on time and arrived as scheduled.
One negative point is the rather high busfare they charged. Something they can do due to the small amount of competitors in the area
