I think you boarder on false advertising, you start off saying buy some spec for £6 and even if you go with the most basic, you have to pay a lot more than royal mail for delivery. You'd be better off giving people a realistic estimate of what they are likely to spend

I had an issue with a Beautifect makeup box, and dealt with Becky from customer services. She resolved the issue almost immediately; her response to my initial and subsequent e-mails was very prompt and informative. I only wish other Companies could emulate Beautifect's customer services, it was by far the best service I have had dealing with companies for years.

Whilst driving experienced extreme juddering, loss of power inability to accelerate, limped home on hazard lights. Called AA, Tom came out listened to the symptoms and quickly said he suspected a broken wheel axle brake sensor, but would need to check, which he did and he was correct. He disabled the error code allowing me to drive to the garage, where having dropped off the car he gave me a lift home. Excellent service a credit to the AA

The pricing on the site can be ambiguous. If it says buy one pair get one free, it should just display the price of one set of glasses and the second set should be shown as £0.00
