The recipient of the flowers was very pleased with the flowers , but when I was ordering there was no provision for writing a message . I sent a message to you straight away but wasn't answered until sometime later and said it was too late . This wasn't good as it meant the person I sent flowers to did not know who they were from .
This was very unclear when ordering and I hope you make it easier to do this .
I was a little disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. When you placed your order these Jumpers were on a Special offer price at £15. They were originally £50, today they are online at £22, but if you use promotion code U611, They will be £17.60 with the price reduction. Still a bargain price.

This company is terrible I ordered something and it waxing ax in the photo , and wanted to send it back !! Well ,what a performance ?? Firstly I was told I could keep it for a part refund . This item was like an old apron and horrible . I said no as I wanted a full refund as it was nothing like I had expected and cheap & nasty .
I was then told I could return it to a Chinese address which I did and the cost was almost £10 and heard nothing after anout 4 months !!! I have C ontacted the vo again and still no joy at all
Joy Mitty is a simply dreadful company and I strongly recommend not to use them.
I didn’t even take the item out of the bag and paid £20 + for it . This is Illegal practice and I am appalled. Do Not Use Them
They do not comply DONT USE !
