ABOUT US

DigiShares was founded in 2018 to democratize Real World Asset investments via blockchain technology.

At the time, the founders wanted to create a platform to widen access to investments in local start-ups, but no legacy software provider could match what they were looking for… so they decided to build their own tech stack!

Since then, DigiShares has created the leading white-label platform for Real World Asset tokenization, investor management and trading via smart contracts. The company expanded to all continents, with main offices located in Copenhagen and Miami. Today, DigiShares Inc in Florida is the headquarters.

With its RealEstate.Exchange project, the company now aims to make investments in Real Estate more liquid, which is a key component to democratizing access to the asset class.
