Entscheidend ist, diese Informationen zu einem gemeinsamen, belastbaren Lagebild zu verbinden. Mit der Software-Suite #MDOcore schafft HENSOLDT dafür ein digitales Rückgrat. Die Software verknüpft Sensoren und Führungssysteme über Domänengrenzen hinweg, harmonisiert heterogene Daten und macht sie nahezu in Echtzeit nutzbar. Das ist Software-Defined Defence: Fähigkeiten werden nicht mehr allein durch einzelne Plattformen bestimmt. Offene, modular erweiterbare Softwarearchitekturen verbinden bestehende und neue Systeme. So können Funktionen schneller integriert und an veränderte Einsatzanforderungen angepasst werden. MDOcore unterstützt #Streitkräfte dabei, Bedrohungen früher zu erkennen und schneller fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. 2026 wurden auf der #ILA in Berlin bereits erste Fähigkeiten demonstriert. Gemeinsam mit Helsing, IBM Deutschland und Schwarz Digits arbeitet HENSOLDT an einer souveränen Architektur, die Datenhoheit und den Betrieb unter nationaler Kontrolle ermöglicht. #HENSOLDT #SDD

35+01 joins #TeamLuftwaffe! The rollout of Germany’s first #F35A in Fort Worth, attended by German Federal Minister of Defence Boris Pistorius with a business delegation including our CEO Oliver Dörre, marks an important milestone for the German Air Force and NATO. As the first of 35 aircraft, it will bring a fifth-generation, highly networked capability to the Luftwaffe and strengthen interoperability across the Alliance.   The F-35 is often discussed as a choice between transatlantic cooperation and European sovereignty. We do not see a contradiction. Meeting an urgent operational requirement with a proven platform and continuing to invest in Europe’s own technologies, industrial capacity and freedom of action must go hand in hand.   We are therefore proud that Lockheed Martin highlighted HENSOLDT alongside Rheinmetall and Lufthansa Technik as #TeamGermany. It sends an important signal: Germany brings more than procurement demand to this partnership. We bring engineering expertise, industrial capacity, expertise to integrate the aircraft into the Bundeswehr logistics support environment and the determination to take responsibility.   At HENSOLDT, we know that modern air power is more than a platform. Next steps for #Optarion!   The German procurement organization BAAINBw awarded HENSOLDT with a new development contract for our Optarion mission support system (EUA), which forms the interface between command and control information systems and aircraft platforms.    As a ground station, Optarion supports the Tiger, NH90 and CH-53GA helicopters whilst simultaneously integrating them into the armed forces’ tactical information network.   The recent delivery to an unnamed NATO partner also demonstrates the international interest for the Optarion family. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝘅𝗶 𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆? 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 India's first electric air taxi just moved a step closer to the sky, and the avionics on board come from HENSOLDT. The ePlane Company has placed a firm order for the complete avionics suite of its #e200X eVTOL. That takes the programme out of the development phase and into firm procurement. Navigation, situational awareness, a secure data link, flight data recording: what ePlane calls the aircraft's "digital nervous system" is what keeps an eVTOL safe in tight urban airspace, and what a certification authority looks at closely. The full-scale prototype is now assembled and in testing. Ahead of it lie a ground-test campaign, first flight trials and type certification with India's DGCA. Dedicated radar technology is required to detect and engage traditional ground, surface and air threats, such as people, vehicles, anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), tactical air-to-surface missiles (TASMs) and pop-up helicopters, as well as new UAS threats and loitering ammunition. A few days ago at the DALO ID in Denmark, our colleague Stig Hallvard Jenssen took the opportunity to showcase and explain HENSOLDT's response to these needs: the Spexer 2000 3D MkIII.    #Nordics #Radar #detectandprotect
