One flat price per organization. Never per monitor, never per seat.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and local sales taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout by our reseller Paddle based on your country.
Free while in beta, billing is off
There is nothing to pick today: every install gets every feature while the beta lasts. The two plans below are the prices that will apply once billing turns on.
Everything that makes Cronwake worth installing, for a small org.
Or $120 per year, two months free. For teams that depend on their crons.
| Feature | Free | Team |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduled workflows watched One monitor is one cron: line. Past 20, the extra ones are still discovered and listed as not watched, so a job is never silently dropped. This cap only ever applies to organizations that install after billing starts. | Up to 20 per org | Unlimited |
| Org-wide discovery, zero config | Included | Included |
| Full detection Late, missed, silently disabled, never-ran-yet, failed runs, slow runs, 60-day auto-disable countdown. | Included | Included |
| Anti-noise controls Adaptive grace, per-job mute, org-wide snooze, adjustable reminders, daily digest. | Included | Included |
| Chat alerts (Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhook) | Included | Included |
| Public status badges | Included | Included |
| Team members Roles come from GitHub. We never charge per seat. | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Multiple organizations One invoice and a consolidated report across your orgs. Grouped invoicing ships together with billing itself. | Each org on its own | First $12, each additional half price ($6) |
| Reliability history | 30 days | 365 days |
| Reliability history export (CSV) Ships before billing is switched on. Nothing is charged until it does. | Not included | Included |
| On-call alerts (PagerDuty, ilert, incident.io) For crons that must wake someone up, not just post to a channel. | Not included | Included |
| Priority support Answered within 1 business day. | Not included | Included |
No. Billing is not switched on. There is no checkout, and Cronwake never asks for card details. When billing does arrive you will get at least 30 days’ notice by email, and organizations that installed during the beta keep Team at $6 per org per month for as long as they stay, instead of $12 ($60 per year instead of $120). You can also simply move to the Free plan. The Free plan limits only ever apply to organizations that install after billing starts, so nothing is taken away from anyone retroactively.
The half price is locked in per organization, so if you look after several orgs, install each one you want covered while the beta is open. An org counts as founding once the App is installed and at least one alert channel is configured for it (that is the normal way to use Cronwake anyway; it just means empty installs do not lock the price). If you uninstall and come back later, that organization keeps its founding price: we do not use it as a trap to keep you installed.
Yes, and thank you. When billing turns on, a Supporter plan at $4/month arrives: same limits as Free, paid once per person (it covers all your orgs), with 90 days of history instead of 30 and your name and link on a public supporters page. Founding halves it too. It exists for exactly one reason: so the answer to “will this tool still be here next year?” is a public counter of people paying for it to be.
Yes. Once billing is on, every organization that installs gets the full Team plan free for its first 60 days, no card required. On-call alerts are meant to be tested on a real incident before you pay for them.
Because per-monitor pricing punishes you for monitoring more, which is the opposite of the point. One organization, one flat price, however many scheduled workflows it has. Seats are free too: your permissions already live in GitHub.
You keep watching your crons, with 30 days of reliability history instead of 365. Your history is never held hostage: export stays available during any notice period before a plan change.
Yes. One GitHub account sees all the organizations it has access to in a single dashboard, so you do not juggle logins. Pricing follows the same idea: your first org is $12 per month, each additional org is half price ($6), on one invoice, with a consolidated reliability report across your orgs. Ten orgs come to $66 per month, not $120. Founding halves that again ($6 first org, $3 each additional). Grouped invoicing ships together with billing itself. Need something beyond that, like a purchase order, a custom security questionnaire, or white-label reports? That is a Business conversation, from $49 per month: tell me what you need and it will shape what gets built. cronwake@gmail.com
