Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and local sales taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout by our reseller Paddle based on your country.

There is nothing to pick today: every install gets every feature while the beta lasts. The two plans below are the prices that will apply once billing turns on.

Questions people actually ask
Is anything charged today?
No. Billing is not switched on. There is no checkout, and Cronwake never asks for card details. When billing does arrive you will get at least 30 days’ notice by email, and organizations that installed during the beta keep Team at $6 per org per month for as long as they stay, instead of $12 ($60 per year instead of $120). You can also simply move to the Free plan. The Free plan limits only ever apply to organizations that install after billing starts, so nothing is taken away from anyone retroactively.
The half price is locked in per organization, so if you look after several orgs, install each one you want covered while the beta is open. An org counts as founding once the App is installed and at least one alert channel is configured for it (that is the normal way to use Cronwake anyway; it just means empty installs do not lock the price). If you uninstall and come back later, that organization keeps its founding price: we do not use it as a trap to keep you installed.
The free plan covers me, but I want the project to stick around. Can I chip in?
Yes, and thank you. When billing turns on, a Supporter plan at $4/month arrives: same limits as Free, paid once per person (it covers all your orgs), with 90 days of history instead of 30 and your name and link on a public supporters page. Founding halves it too. It exists for exactly one reason: so the answer to “will this tool still be here next year?” is a public counter of people paying for it to be.
Will organizations that install later get a trial?
Yes. Once billing is on, every organization that installs gets the full Team plan free for its first 60 days, no card required. On-call alerts are meant to be tested on a real incident before you pay for them.
Why per organization and not per monitor?
Because per-monitor pricing punishes you for monitoring more, which is the opposite of the point. One organization, one flat price, however many scheduled workflows it has. Seats are free too: your permissions already live in GitHub.
What happens to my data if I stay on Free?
You keep watching your crons, with 30 days of reliability history instead of 365. Your history is never held hostage: export stays available during any notice period before a plan change.
I look after several organizations. Does that work?
Yes. One GitHub account sees all the organizations it has access to in a single dashboard, so you do not juggle logins. Pricing follows the same idea: your first org is $12 per month, each additional org is half price ($6), on one invoice, with a consolidated reliability report across your orgs. Ten orgs come to $66 per month, not $120. Founding halves that again ($6 first org, $3 each additional). Grouped invoicing ships together with billing itself.
