Build a site that humans and agents love

Clutch builds agentic sites that answer visitors and their AI agents, and work for your marketing team.

  1. AI can actAgentsNot just answer
  2. Answers visitorsConciergeA concierge for every visitor
  3. Works for youChangeJust ask, and it's done
  4. Works on its ownRoutinesResearches, reports and acts
  • AI can act: On a phone, someone asks ChatGPT to book a table for six tonight at Los Abuelos. ChatGPT uses losabuelos.com's search_site and reserve_table, Los Abuelos's own card reads Table for six, tonight, request sent, and ChatGPT says the restaurant confirms by text. Then a text arrives: Los Abuelos: You're confirmed. Table for six at 7.
  • Answers visitors: On halsteadyards.com a visitor types three questions into the site's own box. Two bedrooms under $3,000: Floorplans opens with 2 bed and a $3,000 max rent set and marked, and The Roundhouse, from $2,695, is the plan left. Can I see the pool: the Gallery opens on the rooftop pool. Do you allow dogs: Residents opens on the pets question with its answer marked, yes, cats and dogs, two per home, and $35 a month per pet after it.
  • Works for you: Los Abuelos's menu page open in Clutch. The owner dropped a pin beside Catering and asked: Add our new holiday catering trays: taco bar for 20, $189. Clutch replied: Added a Holiday trays card to Catering. Take a look. The Holiday trays card, a taco bar for 20 at $189, now sits in Catering beside the Fajita platter and the Enchilada tray; the owner pressed Approve, the pin carries its check, and the change is live.
  • Works on its own: Monday, 7:00 AM: a text from Clutch lands on the lock screen of the owner of Halstead Yards. In Messages it reads, one text at a time: "Weekly report for Halstead Yards: tours up 12% this week." "The Reserve across the street dropped its two-bedroom to $1,899." "I drafted a December promo for The Roundhouse to stay competitive. Approve?" Under it, the draft's preview: Halstead Yards' home page with its promo bar, two weeks free on December move-ins. The owner replies "Approve", and Clutch answers: "Live on halsteadyards.com."

See if AI chooses you

When AI can't use your site, it sends people to one it can. Grade yours to see where you stand and exactly what to fix.

Gradermeadowbendapts.com

The grader on meadowbendapts.com: Find 92, Understand 81, Act 61, Performance 94. Grade C, Hard for AI agents to use. Capped at C: AI agents have trouble acting on your site (Act 61). Your checks earned 82. First fix: forms are labelled. The tour form has no labels, so an AI agent cannot tell which field is the move-in date.

1,700% more requests from AI to sites than a year ago.

Over half of internet traffic this year was not human.

47% fewer clicks to sites when Google shows an AI summary.

Clutch builds sites AI recommends

Every page has what AI needs, and it's checked for you on every publish.

Find

AI finds you through search, just like people do. Clutch automatically does everything your site needs to be found.

Someone searches for a two-bedroom in Denver with a pool. The results list shows Halstead Yards' page, Two-Bedroom Apartments in Denver with a Pool | Halstead Yards, with its two-bedroom plans from $2,695 a month, and the page opens on the plans.

Los Abuelos Catering's item card, Taco bar for 20 at $189, with a panel over it listing what AI reads: the business, the hours, the menu price, the photo's alt text written, and llms.txt updated.

Understand

Your prices, hours, menus and all your site content are automatically converted into structured data that AI can easily understand.

In ChatGPT, someone asks for a tour of Halstead Yards for Saturday morning. The AI uses the site's own tools, search_site and request_tour, and the tour form shows the request as sent, with no form to fill.

Act

Every site comes with MCP, so AI can search, check availability, book, and send inquiries directly.

Rosalia's Google PageSpeed scores, Performance 100, Accessibility 98, Best Practices 100 and SEO 100, under a panel of Core Web Vitals, each one passing: main content shows up 0.9 s, responds as soon as it appears 40 ms, doesn't jump while it loads 0.01, served from servers nearby 30 ms.

Outperform

Every page passes Google's Core Web Vitals: photos sized for each screen, your site hosted at the edge, and pages kept light. AI rewards fast sites, so they are more likely to get recommended.

Every visitor gets a concierge

Visitors ask in their own words, and the page shows them the answer, from floor plans and photos to prices and policies.

A narrow window of this page with the concierge's box across it. Asked how much it costs, the page scrolls to How to start and lights "from $39 a site". Asked whether it works with HubSpot, it scrolls to the platform tiles and lights "Your CRM, leasing or ordering system, and any open API.", then outlines the Forms tile's screenshot, the HubSpot connection. Asked whether an agency can use it, it opens Pricing on "Do I need an agency?" and lights "If you work with an agency, keep them; agencies pay the same prices."

Just ask, and it's done

  1. Ask, or drop a pin right on the page. Clutch drafts the change everywhere it belongs, on one site or all of them at once. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

    How changes are made
  2. Ask once, and Clutch builds it in your brand, from your content. No apps, no plugins.

    See what you can add
  • Change anything: One ask to an operator's four apartment sites: “Our leasing offices are closed on Thanksgiving. Add it to every site.” Halstead Yards, Courtyard, The Marlowe and Elm at Riverside each take a Thanksgiving line in their office hours, in their own look, and each waits as a draft for approval.
  • Add any feature: One ask on Rosalia's, a pizzeria: “Add a Spanish version of our site, with a switch at the top.” Clutch translates its four pages and adds an English and Spanish switch to its header, in Rosalia's own look; the switch is pressed and the page reads in Spanish, a draft waiting for approval.

  • Monday marketing report: every Monday at 8 am, posts the week's leads and tours, and where they came from, to Slack.
  • Competitor price watch: when a competitor changes a price, texts you the change and a move-in special to match. Nothing changes until you reply yes.
  • Five-star reviews: when a new five-star review arrives, emails it to you, ready to go on your site once you approve.
