Me and 2 friends were looking for the best MMORPG on steam, and familiars.io is the best rated (69 reviews).
So, I wanted to play the game, with my friend.
Couldn't play it on steam (Because I'm on Linux)
But we were able to play at "https://clayloam.itch.io/familiarsio"
I've played this game for about 3 hours, it's really great.
Please make the game work on Linux /Proton 9.04 on Steam.

I really like this game 😍 By the way, have you ever thought about releasing or selling the source code for this project? A few years ago I bought RPGMAKER MZ because I wanted to make a game like Pokémon; but it required a lot of modifications for something more specific (and I'm not a programmer, I just know how to tinker with code a bit). It's different to have a base made from something you like, than having to reinvent the wheel with RPGMAKER MZ when you just want to make a small and simple game like the classic Pokémon games like those from the GBC or GBA era from Nintendo 😓. Is there any possibility in the future 🤔? Merry Christmas 🥳 and God bless you!😇

How to cusomize
It's been 3 years since the last time I played it, it was so cool but the game just needs a social part with player names and chat, also some kind of leaderboard could be nice

ok... please remove the ability to drop off familiars wherever you want because this is getting a little corny
or at least make it so they aren't visible to other players
i found a rare watt yesterday and since I already had one I decided to catch and release it in front of another player, they were dancing around in joy and a few moments later I saw that they caught it. safe to say I really made their day :)

drats... so i didnt have an itch.io account when i started playing this game and i had 1 of every familiar maxed out and then when i came back to play the game one day, all my progress got wiped... welp, time to start anew! (P.S. i did not have any rares so im not devastated)
its my fault that i didnt make an account sooner and i wanted to type about it.
this is super cool, i really wanna see more neat monster catching games !!
