I took driving lessons in English with Kenneth, passing theory and practical tests first time. The theory lessons were well-organised, clear and insightful, and the practical lessons were progressively challenging (at the right rate). Kenneth is an excellent teacher - calm, composed, and with a good sense of humour, which helps the learning process. But it is not only on the fundamentals that enable you to pass; Kenneth also focusses on all the 'extra' skills and knowledge that turn you into a good, safe, and considerate driver. Five stars, 10/10, very well recommended.

Seven years ago, I learned to drive in England, failed my test and came away from the experience thinking I would never drive again. I hated driving and stuck to that decision for many years.

Eventually, because of the need to travel sometimes for work, I decided I would have to give it another go and after searching for English driving packages in Aarhus, I found Kenneth/Kørkort.dk.

Kenneth has been excellent from the beginning. Not only has he given me the confidence and skills to actually drive, but he has put a huge amount of focus on me becoming a good and responsible driver. Most impressively of all though, he has somehow managed to make me actually enjoy driving, which is genuinely something I didn't think was possible.

Today, we finished our theory classes (which I have thoroughly enjoyed). I have learned a huge amount in the classroom, and what I've learned feels genuinely useful when I am out on the road. It doesn't feel like we are just learning to pass the exam; it feels like I am learning to become a better driver.

On top of all of that, Kenneth is a really reliable, relatable and genuinely nice guy. His English is fantastic and he has a great sense of humour. You immediately feel comfortable with him and it feels like you are learning from someone you have known for years.

I am now awaiting both my theory and practical exam (when we agree that I am ready to take it), so the journey isn't quite finished yet. But I have absolutely no doubt that going through this process with Kenneth is the absolute best way to go into this as prepared as I can possibly be.

If you're nervous about learning to drive (especially if you've had bad experiences in the past), I genuinely couldn't recommend Kenneth highly enough. He has completely changed the way I feel about driving.

I'm so happy I took the class with Kenneth. I'm someone who was super nervous on the road, even when I'm walking or biking. But in the first phone call, Kenneth told me that wasn't a problem and that he could help, and he really did help me ease a lot of my anxiety and panic during driving!
The theory and road course is very structured. In a way, the theory course Kenneth taught isn't about memorizing what could be tested in the theory exam, but about building road intelligence, so that everything feels intuitive and you're able to have the right reaction whenever you see a situation, whether in the test or on the road. Kenneth did an excellent job here and made sure everything felt logical and made sense.
The road practice was also an amazing experience. We started by practicing a lot of straight driving and right turns in the first lesson, and built up new skills every time. Sixteen lessons are actually not enough, and I'm really glad I got some extra lessons to make sure I was ready. Kenneth doesn't push you into a lesson you don't need, either. Once he feels you're ready, you're already on your way to the exam.
I feel very blessed to have found this course and to have had the time to learn from it. Even though five months isn't a short time, and finding 4-5 hours during my work schedule to attend wasn't easy, this was something I already knew I wanted to invest my time in, to make sure I gained real knowledge about driving, and I got exactly what I hoped for! Before starting, I had never even held a steering wheel, so getting a driving license felt almost difficult to me. But Kenneth made the whole journey much easier than I ever expected. I passed both my practical and theoretical tests from the first attempt! It was a really fun time to drive and study theory with Kenneth. He is a professional driving instructor, with good, professional, and cheerful attitude to his students. I learned a lot driving with him, not just for a test - but for the real life driving, and I think it is incredibly valuable. He takes the driving law and teaching very seriously, and you can definitely feel it during the course. We also had fun, and even most boring topics were presented in a good atmosphere, with small joke and cheerful comment. I think it matters, as it makes driving possible and understandable for everyone. It was definitely great to get several lessons with a manual gear car, and then to move to automatic. A lot of practical and useful things were covered, as a good advice or notice for a future safe and efficient driving.
Now, I am glad to have a license, and looking forward to drive, Kenneth and his driving school made me believe I can be a good driver, despite at first I came with absolutely zero driving skills:)

From day one, you could tell he genuinely cares about his students and puts a lot of effort into what he does. He’s patient, calm, honest, and knows exactly when to push you a little so you improve and gain confidence behind the wheel.

What I appreciated the most is that he doesn’t teach you only to pass the exam, he teaches you how to actually drive properly and feel comfortable doing it. There’s a lot of hard work behind his way of teaching, and it reminded me a bit of a blacksmith: shaping people little by little, through repetition, discipline, mistakes, and confidence until everything finally clicks.

In my case, we truly went from zero to hero. It was not always easy, it took time, patience, and a lot of practice, but Kenneth never gave up on me. Even on the frustrating days, he kept believing in the process and kept pushing me forward until things started to come naturally.

The atmosphere during the lessons was always relaxed but serious when it needed to be. My wife also had a very good experience with him before me, and over time Kenneth honestly became more than just an instructor, he became a friend, and in a way, he is part of our history here.

You can feel that he takes pride in seeing his students succeed, and that makes a huge difference.

Learning to drive is not easy, but with Kenneth this process became clear and simple as possible. During the whole process he showed himself as amazing driver with extremely good understanding both of road traffic and car control. And the most important part, step by step, he passed his knowledge to students.

So was it effective? Definitely!

I am happy I am “finally” done, although a lesson or two more just for good measure would have been fine by me as well. Not because I need it, it’s more because I enjoyed the hours of driving along side Kenneth.

I first got in touch with Kenneth in December 2024 and started my classes in March 2025, as that timing best suited my needs. During those months, Kenneth was already incredibly helpful with the whole process of acquiring a driver’s license—sending me information on where to obtain the necessary documents and ensuring everything fit within the requirements.

He was always friendly and honest about any doubts or questions I had, and very understanding of any issues I encountered during planning. When I began the classes, Kenneth proved to be a patient and skilled instructor, both in theory and practical lessons.

During the theoretical classes, he'd not only tell us about rules and traffic situations, but he'd also exemplify them in creative manners, until he was sure that everybody understood it, while keeping a casual and friendly mood in the class.

During our driving sessions, he gave firm, constructive feedback while also allowing me plenty of space to grow comfortable behind the wheel, helping me drive without the nervousness of making mistakes—something that proved invaluable during my recent practical exam.

In the end, Kenneth wasn’t just an excellent instructor, but also a genuinely great person to be around on any occasion. To sum it up: yes, there are “cheaper” options, but cheaper often ends up being more expensive—and I can confidently say that learning with Kenneth was worth every penny. :)

I had a really great experience with Kenneth as my driving instructor.

He was always respectful, patient, and professional. From the start, we were given all the digital study materials we needed for the theory test, which made it easy to prepare.
Classes were early in the morning, which I personally found very helpful, and the location was perfect, central, close to the train station, and with a bus stop right in front.

The classroom itself was small but cozy, with a toilet and free coffee and tea available.
During theory lessons, Kenneth used a TV to show images and videos, which made everything much easier to understand. We could always ask questions, and he would explain clearly, sometimes even drawing on the whiteboard to make things extra clear.
He was always on time, and he managed to keep the lessons both serious and fun, with just the right amount of humor.

What I really appreciated was that from day one, everything was well organized. We knew exactly who was driving when, which made it easy to plan around work and life. After finishing the theory and lessons, we even had a small test to check our progress and build confidence before the real exam.

I had tried another driving instructor before, and the teaching style didn’t make me feel confident at all. With Kenneth, it was completely different. I felt guided, supported, and encouraged the whole way. He had clever tricks to help us remember things, and he always spoke kindly, never making you feel bad for small mistakes. Instead, he motivated us to do better.

My experience with Kenneth as my instructor was 10/10 since the beggining. He plan the whole course with you before the starting date, so you can organize yourself with time. He is very professional and respectful with his students and make you feel safe and confortable while driving. Also the therory classes are very clear and he give you a lot of important info to past your test and drive safe. Driving classes can be stressfull at the beggining if you never drove before like me, but he knows exactly how to make them fun and chill but at the same time make you feel that driving is a big responsability and it need to be taken seriously. So you cna be sure you become a good and responsible driver at the end. Im happy to say i have passed both test at the first try, even though I was nervous.
