It's been okay. I wouldn't say there's anything particularly special about it, but I haven't run into anything frustrating either.

Been running a small backend here for a while. Performance has stayed consistent and I haven't noticed any unusual network behavior. Pretty much what I expected from a VPS.

My Worst Experience... I was a VSYS customer for almost 2 years, and I still had approximately 4 months remaining on my VPS when my account was suddenly and permanently suspended.

The only explanation I received was that they had detected "activity originating from my account that violates their Terms of Service." No technical details, logs, timestamps, or evidence were ever provided.

What made this experience extremely frustrating was that the decision was immediately marked as final. My VPS was permanently suspended, I lost access to all of my websites and data, I was told no refund would be issued, and they stated that no data would be made available after termination.

I repeatedly tried to understand what had happened. I explained that my VPS was hosting WordPress websites and development Docker containers. I also explained that I have never used this VPS to send emails, never configured an SMTP server, and that my email service is hosted with a different provider.

During my own investigation, I checked my VPS IP and found it listed by Spamhaus for suspicious email-related activity. Because I had never intentionally sent email from this server, I tried to explain that I genuinely did not understand what had happened.

Instead of having a real conversation, every email received the same template response stating that the matter was closed and that there would be no further communication. When I contacted live chat hoping someone could review my case, I was told that abuse reports are not discussed via chat and was eventually told to stop contacting their team.

What disappointed me the most was not the suspension itself, but the complete lack of a fair appeal process. I felt like I was judged, punished, and the door was immediately closed. I was never given a meaningful opportunity to explain my side, ask questions, or have my case reviewed. As a paying customer of almost two years, I expected at least a fair chance to appeal before losing access to everything.

I genuinely feel that I was treated unfairly. I never intentionally sent spam, and I had absolutely nothing to gain from doing so. I chose VSYS because I wanted a reliable hosting provider where I could grow my business..not because I wanted to create problems for myself or anyone else. If I had knowingly violated their Terms of Service, I would not have spent hours trying to contact them, investigate the issue myself, and ask them to reconsider.

I understand that every hosting provider must protect its infrastructure and enforce its Terms of Service. However, I also believe that every customer deserves transparency, the opportunity to be heard, and a fair appeal process before permanently losing years of work, websites, and client data.

Instead of helping a long-term customer understand what happened, VSYS chose to permanently terminate my service and close every door to communication.

Tried a few providers before. VSYS feels less polished, but more predictable in terms of performance.

Using their servers for backend services. No unexpected downtime so far

Not the cheapest option on the market, but performance feels stable. That matters more for me.

They have suspend my service without any notice. And says the service suspend due to law enforcement complaint. And refuse to give backup or unsuspend the server. And support give response after almost 16 hours. My client are very Angry due to this. Please don't buy his server. Very pathetic experience. Ruined my business.

They are scammer and not offshore dmca complaint provider what they pretend to inform everywhere. They will suspend the server with out any excuse or, timeframe. Also they lock the server with zero refunds. Dont fall in offshore server advertisement which they shown at various forum.

This is the worst company i ever worked with, i trust them and have 5 dedicated servers on their company. And i cant reach for 3 days. I dont know what happened they didnt paid the invoice of data centers or something they said that USA datacenter cuts their connection without prior notice , they are talking to attorney of data center blablabla(if you believe of course) Now i lost lots of customers, my business ruined by them. Thanks a lot

(Update) Now they are saying working on situation ( NOT TECHNICAL , LEGAL SITUATION) and i cannot reach my dedicated server from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks!

2-3 days to 2-3 weeks of NOT having service NOT reaching your servers/data/files/anything is ok for you for your business, dont hesitate to buy service from them, risk your business

In short, I'm not going to go into too much detail about my opinion, but I recommend that you try out for yourself what a hosting company is that really cares about its customers.

I purchased a server on Dec 24th and had to cancel on Dec 29th (Day 5) due to a complete failure in meeting the advertised technical specifications:

False Specs: I paid for 1Gbps, but the actual speed was nowhere near that.

Hardware Issues: The RAID was misconfigured and the CPU had constant bottlenecks, making the server unusable for professional tasks.

Legal Violation: Despite canceling within their 7-day policy and the 14-day legal window (Article 9, Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection), they refuse to refund.

Unjust Enrichment: They already terminated the service and disabled my access, yet they are holding my money. This is a direct violation of Article 1212 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Do not trust their "support help" as an excuse to keep your money. They deliver subpar hardware and then hide behind illegal internal policies to avoid refunds. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Ukrainian State Service for Consumer Protection.

The ability to pay with Bitcoin and USDT is a big plus. No unnecessary KYC hoops, everything done securely. For those who value privacy, VSYS is perfect.

The dedicated server I’m using is stable, handles load well, and ping stays low. Any time I’ve had questions, support answered.
