This is my first time ordering from this company. I placed my order on September 1st, hoping to have my pieces in time for my birthday on September 12th. Before placing the order, the minimum time is 1 week so i assumed they'd be completed in time.

Unfortunately, they will not be ready in time. What has been even more disappointing is the customer service experience. I feel that the representatives communicating with me via email were extremely rude and dismissive.

I even asked if I could receive a refund since, according to their communication, my product had not yet been started. I was told that I could not receive a refund.

As a first-time customer, this has been a very disappointing experience. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service and the way you communicate with customers matter just as much. I expected better, especially considering the circumstances and the fact that my order has not even been started.

They are a cheap reliable company you can count on , and they would be gladly to give you updates and answers your questions.

The order came just as describe quality was outstanding. She actually loved it.

Do not waste your money and time on this fraudulent company their. 925 silver is not real and their lifetime warranty is fraudulent because they want to charge a fee for a warranty make it make sense.

The design, the quality, the craftsmanship were all top tier. I was pleased and one hundred percent impressed and satisfied with the finished product. Some may become a bit weary because it took some time, but after receiving my item, I understood and can say it was well worth the wait. Their chains are amazing and really great quality. I receive so many compliments when I wear them. I'm a woman, and the chain I have is most likely for men but I still think it looks flattering on me.
