I paid tabeer Tourism for a visa, but they neither processed my visa nor refunded my payment. Every time I contact them, they give me a different excuse. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this company

The refund process has been extremely slow and frustrating. I was given a specific timeframe for when my refund would be processed, but the deadline passed without the refund being received. Despite sending follow-up emails, I received little to no communication or updates.

As a customer, I expected transparency, timely responses, and for the company to honor the timeline they provided. Instead, I was left chasing for information and eventually had to consider escalating the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider this agency before booking, especially if there is any possibility that you may need a refund. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and refund handling process in the future.

My flight was cancelled by the airline, and I have been chasing my refund for several months. Throughout this process, I received multiple promises with specific refund dates, only for those dates to be postponed repeatedly. I was given different explanations each time, and the communication lacked transparency.

After contacting Cebu Pacific directly, I was informed that the airline had already processed the refund to the travel agency months earlier. However, this information was never voluntarily disclosed to me. Instead, I continued receiving repeated assurances that my refund was still pending.

Another major concern is that AED 1,004 was deducted from my refund without any detailed explanation or breakdown. Despite requesting a full calculation several times, my requests were ignored. Every customer has the right to understand how a refund has been calculated.

What made this experience even worse was the conduct of your customer support representative, Fey Adorza. Rather than handling the matter professionally, the responses were dismissive, lacked transparency, and did not reflect an understanding of basic customer rights and fair dispute handling expected under UAE consumer protection standards.

I respectfully ask Mr. Shafique Zahir, Chairman of Tabeer Holdings, to personally review this case and investigate how this complaint was handled. This issue is no longer just about the refund—it is about transparency, accountability, and the way customers are treated after payment has been made.

If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with filing formal complaints with the relevant UAE authorities and pursue all legal remedies available to recover my losses and any damages arising from the prolonged delays and handling of this case.

I sincerely hope the Chairman intervenes and ensures that no other customer experiences what I have endured.
