Promo Direct is an amazing company for fulfilling your promotional needs! Diana has been our Account Rep for the several years that we have been ordering through PD, and she is absolutely amazing! She responds quick, gets us the answers we need, and sorts out any issues that may arise, which are extremely rare and typically at no fault of PD. Excellent turnaround time!
Our company has it's own vendor through their marketing department and I had asked for YoYos for a tradeshow. Over a week later, they said they couldn't get them. I contacted Promo Direct and Francis answered. Within under 3 hours, I had the YoYos ordered and the delivery date set. Francis helped me out of a bind and I'm so grateful.
