I need to return shirt. Company is very harsh to contact. Shirt is very nice but runs very small. Also product takes too long to receive.

The quality of the top is very good. The only problem I found was that it took my order too long to arrive.

I ordered the last show Stephen Colbert T-shirt. According to the company and their shipping partner the package was delivered. It was supposedly delivered by US Postal Service. If you contact the company, they tell you to contact the shipper, who tells you to contact the US Postal Service with a tracking number that does not work in their system. I don’t know if I’m more upset about wasting my money, wasting my time, or not getting my darn T-shirt. Either way buyer beware!!!

I did not receive the shirt I ordered. The quality h=was also inferiors to what appeared in advertising photos.

The order took over a month and then was never delivered. No refund was offered. I'm out over $40 for a tee shirt I never got!

I ordered a tshirt that was represented, but I received a very shoddy, cheaply made shirt that I would never wear. It’s not even made from tshirt material. I requested a refund of the $40.38 they charged and was offered $7. I have never been so poorly represented.

At first I was overcharged but you quickly remedied that, thank you. Mainly it just took a long time to receive my item. Almost a month. You said you would email me when it shipped, but that was not done. I love the item but think better communication would have given you 5 stars.

I ordered a t-shirt and got an email confirmation that it would cost $26.98, but my credit card was charged $33.73 - no explanation as to why it cost more. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

1. I used Google pay for charge of $23.78
2. My credit card was charged $29.67 on 6/14 by Altansjvmcs Hong Kong
3. Hat arrived on 7/9 (over 3 weeks later) mailed from NY
4. Hat is the poorest quality I’ve ever seen

I never received any confirmation of my order until I searched and found customer service email after that they continued to give excuse after excuse about it being shipped but sent back by customs then reshipped
I got shipping info (from China) and tracked it but it’s slow,
I paid for expedited shipping ( it said ships in 24 hours, no waiting)
The page said made in San Antonio (which is where I live)
After many emails they said refund was being processed to give it 5-7 business days, that was June 23, today is July 6 No refund
I ordered a shirt on June 3,
Still no shirt no refund
This is what they wrote on June 30

On April 11, 2026, I purchased a knock-off t-shirt for the last show for Stephen Colbert.
I received the t-shirt on May 19, 2026.

The t-shirt was way too big and of cheap polyester. I wanted to return it.
I contacted the support email that came with the t-shirt - support at 24h-service-vip
They replied asking for the product code and package labels.
They replied the following day indicating that the shipping fee would be too high and would I accept $3.00 compensation. (I paid $24.99)
I replied to the negative and asked for a return address to send the t-shirt and that I wanted a full refund on the item.
They replied again, this time offering nothing as compensation and NO return address.
They replied yet again with the basic same story
Hope you can accept compensation.
The freight for returning the goods is too expensive.
This will cost you a lot of money and time.
I then replied yet again
I want to return it for a refund. You offered NOTHING in compensation. The shirt does not fit. I do not want it

Is this the correct address to send the return?

By now several weeks had gone by and on June 1, I replied to both the support at 24h-service.vip and the email given on the Big4apparel web site - and their support email

I have heard nothing back in regards to the return mailing address. And am tired of getting the runaround

N.B. on the big4 apparel web site on the contact page it is stated
(We'll get back within 48 hours max, All day of the week.)

support at 24h-service-vip then replied:
7USD is really the highest compensation we can give you within our ability.

I again replied that it was not acceptable and that I wanted to RETURN the t-shirt.

I then finally heard back (after 2 more emails) from support@big4 apparel.com
We truly apologize for the frustration we’ve caused you. We have exhausted all possible options and offered everything we can to resolve this matter for you

AGAIN I told them that they had not given me a return address for the item and that I wanted to return the item.

I placed an order with Big4 some time ago. When it was not received, they insisted it had been delivered and suggested I check with neighbors, etc. I was then given tracking information, which turned out to be incorrect. I persisted asking for information and was given different tracking information - this time for Fedex. Fedex had a record of that shipment - but it was not addressed to me or my address. I wrote again to Big4 - and have not heard back. I am out about $70 and they have gone dark. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR.

It took a really long time to get.
There was no tag inside the shirt with info about how to wash it.
Otherwise, the shirt is fine.

Order was delivered on time and not damaged

Easy to order, received item in great shape. Happy to have it!
