So.....Fired up her ASBO tag (sorry, tracker), and at 5am this morning I decided it was time for the big release (there was a degree of safety involved as we went to where there are wind turbines, so well away from everything and everybody). For context; we had her from Birmingham dogs home four months ago, and this was going to be the first time off the extended lead. She is all other times a perfect little princess.

She trotted off, and came back when called. She trotted off a bit further and came back when called. Then she realised she wasn't actually attached to me anymore....AND THOUGHT FREEDOM!!!!

I ended up marching for 2hrs in all, she covered 8 miles. Without that tracker she would be lost, other than to say, she did track her way back to me rather than me catching up to her, but I never lost track of her on the app.

Needless to say it will be the extended lead from now on; letting her off will never get better..... it's who she is.

I guess this is probably how she ended up lost in the first place; wasn't abandoned, but went on an adventure that went too far. If it wasn't for PitPat she would be lost again, so two very relieved parents are very grateful we made this purchase. It worked perfectly.

nice and easy to deal with, and so nice that you can speak to a person not a machine.

Just replaced the old PitPat with the new GPS tracker. Very easy to change over. Also very easy to use. Now sharing the app with my wife. A great bit of kit.

Their staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel like part of the family

I don't like that take 4 or 5 mins to pick up satellite. Not sure I will keep it

Only used for a week, but would appear to be working as it should tracking our puppies activities. Easy to order, super fast delivery (next day) in our case. Easy to set up and use.

Can not see a map pf my dogs journey throughout each day. Only when activated to locate the dog can I see its location.

Sad that Badger’s old Pit Pat died losing data but it was quite old.
What I must do is thank your Customer Service Team who were very helpful and friendly during the replacement process.

Could not do all suggested as dont think explained properly i had done tips ,but not working ,were could spoke better in person

Absolutely fantastic service

Had mine for about a yr love this tracker used so many different types and none as reliable. But
has suddenly stopped working so I contacted the team and they have responded quickly and is going to send a replacement.

Pitpat dog tracker has given me so much peace of mind. My dog Tipper was somewhat wild when I got her and took off after birds thinking she could catch them. She could travel half a mile in no time at all . Once I got my Pitpat tracker I could find her within minutes. She has now learned that it is better fun not to run away but i still keep her tracker in case she has a memory lapse. Pitpat has definately saved her life.

This is the third pitpat I have brought from this company delivery is so quick.
Now 3 of my dogs are wearing one and it does bring such peace of mind especially as we will be moving to a new area and our bearded collie loves to go walk about and say hello.great company would recommend.

Very easy to find out how to order additional straps, they weren’t at all expensive and arrived very promptly

We have used our Pit Pat tracker for 2 years. For the first 22 months everything was great. I’ve recommended them to so many other dog parents, which I’m now regretting unfortunately.

For the last 2 months or so, the battery lasts mere days. I used to get a good few weeks out of it, which was ideal.

We went camping this weekend, and it lasted less than 24 hours. Previous two years we have travelled across Europe and its lasted weeks at a time.

For the price paid, I am incredibly disappointed. I reached out to customer service in June and was told it’s because they’re now using EE which makes it drain quicker.

‘It is important to note that this is not a fault with our trackers, but is an unexpected change in the network. Battery life is largely dictated by communication with a network. The changes in the network that have happened without our control have changed the rate at which the battery life drains‘.

We are headed to Europe again and I’m now looking at buying a Tractive as I’m so annoyed at PitPat. I would love a full refund, as the tracker isn’t fit for purpose.

Really easy to find the tracker we wanted from PitPat. Delivery was as expected. Tracker has been fitted and used, no issues whatsoever! Great service all round!

Never lose the dog again!

We received the tracker very quickly and it was easy to set up. However after having it a few days we were let down with poor satellite coverage. Pitpat were very helpful but alas a bridge too far so we have to return the item. 100% for support, hopefully things will improve with coverage and we can try again.
