I ordered an Auto-Leveling Mattress from NovaPads and paid DKK 2,924.10 on 25 August 2026.
On 27 August, I was informed that my order had been forwarded to the warehouse and that I would receive a tracking number the same day. I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with the order.
Since then, I have contacted NovaPads several times, but I have received neither a tracking number, the mattress, nor any response from their customer support. The expected delivery time has now passed.
I have therefore had to file a dispute with my bank due to non-delivery and am currently awaiting the outcome.
I hope the matter will still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend NovaPads due to the lack of communication and failure to provide any shipping information after payment.

Waited too long for the pads. Still did not come. Calling my credit card company to lock them.

Novapads is NOT Nova Paws!

​I ordered a mattress for my Tesla from Novapads and after my order I read the poor reviews for the shop here on Trustpilot. This made me so uneasy that I wanted to cancel/revoke my purchase.
​I received an immediate response from Novapads stating that while they regretted my decision, the item was already out for shipping. However, they also clarified in the email that I had not entered into any kind of subscription with them and that they have nothing to do with the company Nova Paws (which sells some kind of pads for dogs or pets), noting that this unfortunately leads to frequent confusion.
​Following that, I withdrew my cancellation and waited for the package, which arrived just 2 days (!) after my order (delivery within Germany apparently came from a German warehouse).
​The mattress makes a great impression, has no chemical smell, and feels significantly higher quality and more comfortable than the Tesla mattress. I can't say anything about its long-term durability yet, but so far I am completely satisfied!
​So to everyone reading this: If you ordered a mattress or Tesla accessories from Novapads, don't worry. The shop is NOT a fake or a scam, and the product makes a great impression!

This company is nothing but a scam. DONT ORDER ANYTHING! They trap you in some sort of monthly fee for $59.99 and then you can't contact them. If my credit card company had not targeted as a potential fraud I probably would still be paying. RUN RUN RUN You get nothing for your money they are charging you, that you knew nothing about.

The pads are ok, but my dog still pees around them about 50% of the time. There were no instructions, care tips, or anything in the package. What really made me mad was when I saw 2 charges for $59.99 in the months after my purchase. I finally reached someone using the number on the charge. The charge was for the “VIP” package which I never signed up for. Initially, I was offered a 50% refund. I told the person I wanted 100% refunded and it was credited back to my credit card. If you want the pads, don’t buy them from NovaPaws!

After three days of my dog ignoring NovaPads, I attempted to contact them by the email address provided. The email address was invalid. Then, I tried the phone number from the Website where I ordered the pads. Unfortunately, this number was also invalid. Finally, I received my VISA bill with a phone number where a person from another country answered. She said I could not get a refund because it had been more than 30 days. Well, my VISA bill took more than 30 days to be received. I think this is how they plan their refusal to refund the purchase.

You keep billing me $59.99 repeatedly for nothing. That is a scam. You owe me $59.99 times 2 = $159.98. Robert Schultz.

They advertised this pad as “No training needed.” The pad is a piece of cloth. My dog completely ignored it. I wrote to the company and they proceeded to write a long list of training instructions. I requested my money back and they only offered 50%.

Total scam. Pads didn’t work PLUS they charged me a $59.99 fee for a “membership” that I didn’t want or knowingly agreed to. Only refunded me half when I complained. Companies like this are why people should avoid Facebook vendors. Total scam.

Ho acquistato un materasso per auto più gli oscuranti il 24 maggio; solo quando ho chiesto entro quando sarebbe arrivata la merce mi è stato comunicato che non era al momento disponibile e avrei dovuto aspettare pochi giorni (oppure mi avrebbero ridato i solidi spesi). Mi sono fidato e la merce l'ho ricevuta dopo oltre un mese (il 30 giugno)! Mi accorgo che l'ordine fatto è incompleto; gli oscuranti mancavano. Segnalato subito il problema più non mi ha mai più risposto nessuno. Avendo acquistato tramite l'app shop ho segnalato la stessa cosa a loro pensando di essere tutelato invece niente. Ad oggi 31 luglio nessuno risponde! E la cosa buffa è che mandano anche l'email per avere il feedback di acquisto! Ho attivato un' associazione consumatori italiana per venirne fuori. Se solo avessi letto le recensioni medie su Trustpilot non mi sarei imbarcato in questa pessima esperienza. Statene lontani!!

I was pleased with the product, but soon discovered they are charging me $98 monthly for a service I didn't request, and now I can't find any contact information to cancel it.

First off I am not complaining about paying $50 for one pee pad because it works fairly well what I am complaining about is they enrolled me in something that I did not authorize and charged me 59.99 per month for 4 months which comes to $239.96 plus the 49. 50 I paid for the one pee pad. When I finally got in touch with support they agreed to refund me $180 which I do not agree with but she said that was the maximum they could offer me so just beware folks make sure if you order anything from there that you make it clear that all you are paying for is what you order.

My 79 yr old mother ordered these pads for our emotional support dogs and they SUCK!!! Dogs still pee off the pad onto the carpet. And THEN come to find out they have a fine print agreement at the bottom of the payment page that will automatically sign you up for a 20 day free VIP membership trial when your payment gets processed without the option of declining the offer so now my mom is bilked out of $120 of her bills money while on a SS fixed income. What a great company, NOT!!!!!!!

I ordered the pee pads for my dog. It never arrived. They refused to offer a refund, and charged me a 2nd time after my 1st order never arrived. Scam website

Un scandale. Promesse de m'envoyer le matelas avant mes vacances et depuis aucunes nouvelles, cela ne sert à rien de leur écrire, ils ne répondent pas...

I paid 150 dollars for 2 pee pads and my puppy avoids them and then they stole another 88 dollars out of my bank account on the 20th of July which I had to ring my bank to cancel my card and apply for a new one. They are a bunch of thieves They also give u false information on there website about there pee pad and I think the people who give there reviews on them are also in on it that is just my opinion

None of my dogs use it. I ordered pheromone spray and got calming spray. Also they keep trying to charge me for something I have no idea what. I didn't sign up for any kind of subscription. They've tried 2 times to charge me for whatever in the last 3 weeks or so. No response to my email complaints. Very disappointed in these products and company.

I have been charged $59.99 for something I did not order and have no idea why this company has charged me anything anyway!!! I've sent an email about this problem and to date, no response from them at all.

We bought the pads, haven't used them yet. Probably won't. What I'm upset about is the scam for reoccurring charges. Don't buy these pads!!
