No one enjoys fees and paying for services. Katarina Ruiz made my situation understandable and easy. Even after I expressed that I was not happy, she remained cool & collective with me. She even followed up the next day to make sure I did my part with signatures & compliance to assure me the best price possible. Ms.Ruiz is great at her job...and a super nice person as well.

Grey was very patience in helping me get setup with my Z11 machine. We agreed that we well never give up until the job is completed. He was on time and very patience with me.

these people are the worst, told me i had a 5000.00 threshold for charging a card account and when i charged 3800.00 on one card they fllagged me held all my next deposits and wont tell me a time when they are releasing the funds.

just sign up with MSC as new business owner finding a company with good rate was a challenge but i came across MSC they made the process very easy, Audrey and teammate Ben was very helpful working with my busy schedule walking me through all the steps making the process very smooth .

The gentleman who helped me set up our new PAX A80 was named Matthew Wright. He was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and made the set up process extremely easy. Very glad we switched over to the MSC and look forward to working with them.

Hi Everyone,
I was called everyday by MSC to try credit card processing service. So, I decided to give it a try even though I was very busy but it didn’t work for me. So, I decided to return the terminals but they don’t send me return labels and keep withdrawing different amount of money every month from my account for useless terminals sitting in my store. Don’t go with MSC. Save your time, money, and energy. It’s a trap and fraud.

Staff member Chris Harris contacted me immediately after I sent an email requesting assistance regarding accessing reports. He was patient and remained on the line while walking me through the process.

Chris Harris was very helpful when I am not tech saavy at all. This merchant services is a maze for me and I am guessing for other business owners as well.

Helped with system setup and send us operating manual which is very helpful.
