Product is well built except one of the…
Product is well built except one of the cables does not pull as smooth as the other. I think the actual cable was sent with a kink in the line causing it to have resistance. Ive only had the machine for 3 weeks and im reduced to using one side. It could be just my machine and my experience only. But otherwise, shipping was fast, product is very solid.

I have made four separate purchases with Major Fitness, and all purchases showed up in a timely manner, correct parts, and all pieces went together with ease. The new leg holder is a little tight to connect to the front post, but it isn’t a problem beyond a little force to get it to lock on. Weight stacks and lat pulldown extenders work great and attached with ease. Very happy with all of my purchases from Major Fitness.

Absolutely amazing machine
Absolutely amazing machine, not even for the price just amazing regardless. For the price it is ridiculous how good this machine is. I actually like the gym but I work 12’s so a home gym is best for those days I work. But this machine is so fluid and does everything a rack and pulley system can do at the gym, that now I just work out at home everyday. It’s amazing. It’s easily worth 3k but was half that price.

The B52 pro overall is a great system…
The B52 pro overall is a great system to add to our home gym. There are a few minor things that could be better, such as feet that are a little taller to allow you to get a wrench underneath and tighten all the nuts and bolts while building. It truly is a pain.
On ours the smith bar does not sit level, as the left side just hangs in the air and not on the supports, while the left side sits firmly in the support.
Overall operation is smooth and adding attachments is quick and easy.

It took a very long time
It took a very long time, over two months since my initial contract and I am still waiting for one part. I was just looking to replace one cable and one pull knob. The cable I was sent was not the correct length, had to wait another two weeks or so for the correct one. The knob replacement was heavily used I contacted MF and still waiting for it. The product overall is pretty decent. I have one of their cages but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and the additional waiting time you experienced. We completely understand how frustrating it is when replacement parts do not arrive as expected.
After reviewing your case, we found that the model information provided during our initial communication did not match your actual machine. Based on the information we received, we sent the replacement cable for that model. Later, we confirmed that your equipment actually required the upgraded Pro series cable. We should have anticipated this possibility and verified the model more thoroughly before shipping, and we sincerely apologize for the resulting delay.
As soon as we identified the issue, we immediately arranged to send the correct replacement cable. At the same time, we also shipped the replacement knob separately with that shipment. According to the tracking information, the knob has already been successfully delivered. If you have not received it or need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can investigate and help right away.
We truly regret the inconvenience this experience has caused. If there is anything further we can do to assist you, please feel free to reach out to us at support@majorfitness.com. We remain committed to making sure your equipment is working properly and that your concerns are fully addressed.

Never the right cable
First cable sent to me was not what I requested. After the request came for me to send a picture of the cable that was sent to me, I received the exact cable that was already sent to me. Now I have two cables that are wrong. After sending a picture of the manual with a picture of the cable a third cable was sent to me from China which took over two weeks to get to me. When I attached that cable, I found out it was about 4-6 inches too short, the apparatus that the weights sit on is in the air instead of resting on the rubber shock absorbers. Mind you when I requested the cable I sent my original order information of the machine, which had the date and model number on it. I kept the cable realizing that I would never get the correct cable and I certainly don’t need more cables sent to me that don’t work.

We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this experience has caused you. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to wait for replacement cables multiple times and still feel that the issue was not resolved.
After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to clarify what happened. Your machine is one of our earlier production models. In an effort to provide the best possible support, both replacement cables we sent were actually upgraded versions rather than incorrect parts, and we also explained this in our email communication. The final cable we shipped was the correct replacement for your machine. However, because your equipment is from an early production run, the cable length had been revised during our product improvements. Unfortunately, we did not anticipate that this difference would create confusion and inconvenience during installation, and we sincerely apologize for that.
Although our intention was to provide an improved replacement as quickly as possible, we understand that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. For that, we are genuinely sorry.
As a gesture of our apology, we would like to issue a full refund for the replacement cable. We would also be happy to continue working with you directly to ensure everything is resolved properly and answer any questions you may still have.

Damaged items
I ordered a F22 set up, and also several attachments including upgraded pulleys, lat pull down extender, and leg holder.
The packaging isn’t great and several items arrived damaged with scratches on the finish. For the cost of their items they should protect the items better. You can’t send back several hundred pounds of boxes do just stuck with scratched up equipment.

I love this bench
I love this bench. I wanted a bench that had lots of positions and was quick and easy to change from one to the next. This is that bench! The padding is comfortable and the length is good. It came quickly and was easy to put together. It appears to be well made, and I expect that it will last for many years.

Good equipment glad I purchased
Good equipment glad I purchased. Only issue I had was pieces came scratched up. Customer service worked with me on resolving the issue just thought they could have done a little more being I paid roughly $4000 total and the high quality that was advertised.
