I made an appointment online, they called back immediately and got me in earlier than expected. They did a full break repair, rotors and a few other things.
They recommended a few other things that will need attention, but zero pressure. Which I always appreciate as a woman. Overall great service and very fast!!

Today was my second time using Mavis in Clermont. Both times, the service has been excellent. They worked me in quickly and got me on my way. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding service. Recently while traveling out of state, we had to replace two tires. The only shop we could find with our tire size was a Mavis Tire Store. Upon returning home we had concerns about some of the work done. Took the car to Mavis in Lecanto. The Lecanto team proved to be efficient, and highly professional. In a matter of minutes they diagnosed and solved my concerns, fixed all the problems and did not charge for their time. I was impressed. This team and the service received was far beyond my expectation and certainly deserving of a 5 Star rating.

Mavis Tires, Franklin Square location. They are awesome indeed. I came in for an oil change. Received a tire rotation and they let me know I also needed to replace my engine filter. The employees are very patient and always greet you with a smile. Never a bad experience bringing my car in for service. The Assistant Manager Cliff and the mechanics are the best.

I was a loyal customer until last week, having replaced the tires on at least three of my cars (a Hellcat, a Mustang, and a Jeep) over the last couple of years.
Two weeks ago, I paid over $1,800 for four tires and an alignment for my Ram truck. When I picked up my truck, I advised the staff immediately that the TPMS sensors were not registering. I was told that the TPMS sensors would automatically reset. However, after a week, they still had not reset, so I had to return for a forced reset. It took three visits before Mike even attempted to resolve the issue. He repeatedly told me that "all techs were busy" or that the "tire guy" was not there, asking me to return the next day. After waiting almost an hour on my third visit, he asked me to return later yet again. I finally had to remind Mike that I had already paid for this service and needed the issue resolved immediately. Shortly after, he spoke with one of the technicians and returned in less than a minute. He then informed me that they do not even have the tool required to reset TPMS sensors for my truck or other newer vehicles. It took three visits and my refusal to leave and come back a fourth time for Mike to discover this information in less than ONE MINUTE!

I ultimately had to visit a dealership to get the issue resolved. While there, I learned that two of my tires were inflated to 46 and 47 PSI, while the other two were at 32 and 33 PSI. Mavis Tire could not even inflate the tires to the truck's factory specification of 36 PSI.

I belong to several national Hellcat, Mustang, Corvette, Ram, Jeep, and Bronco forums, as well as multiple local car clubs and Facebook groups. I will ensure that all members are made aware of my experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes located at 5706 FL-64, Bradenton, FL 34208.

My complaint is with Forsyth Ga location of Mavis but mostly their corporate office. I bought new tires one year and 4 months ago. When I bought them I had car balanced and aligned as well. This year June 19th a tire shredded on the highway. Luckily I was near the Forsyth location and they replaced it, saying nothing about the other tires having issues. I asked why it shredded and they couldn’t tell me. Because I did not have extended warranty I had to purchase the tire. I thought it was odd it shredded being so new. Well, 30 days later the second tire shredded. We immediately changed tire to a spare and drove car into original Mavis where we purchased to see what was going on? Alignment issues they said? I said why didn’t Mavis mention anything about the other tires when the first one shredded? No answer.
So I called corporate and they agreed Forsyth store dropped the ball. Did corporate make it right? Nope. They offered me a 25% discount on new tires and that was it. The liability in this is overwhelming!! Never, I mean never will I go to this establishment ever again!! Wurst experience ever! So disappointed in corporate customer service!!! RC

Came in this AM to get a flat tire looked at it and they just fixed it. For free, in a quick and timely manner. Very friendly. I will 100% bring my business back to them.

I went to the Hyde Park, NY store for a flat tire. Damian at the front desk was amazing! He's explained my options of fixing vs. purchasing a new tire. He was patient and informed. I ultimately got my tire fixed, but when I need a new tire, I'll go back there for it. Very professional.

Don't bother making an appointment. I had a 2:30 appointment. It's now 6:22 and I still don't have my 4 tores on my pickup truck. Not rocket science. Just don't overbook!!!!!!

Had car trouble 1 hr before Mavis Tires in Oxford Closed. Sheldon, Brandon, Tanner and staff were each very helpful with getting me back on the road quickly. I definitely recommend Mavis Tires if you're in the Oxford area.

I bought a set of 4 continental tires last week that were eligible for a $110 rebate. I submitted everything properly and confirmed the tires were eligible for the rebate. The review was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. The rebate was declined by Continental in 1 week. No reason given. Complete scam. Don’t buy this brand of tire. And on the denial page they have a slogan that says, “get a $110
Rebate. Yes. Really.” Apparently NOT.

The very professional and Friendly atmosphere began my visit. Both Brian and Kevin (Store Gen. Mgr) were very very helpful,understanding and considerate during my time there. I also watched them both show the same professionalism and care to all others who entered the location! Will definitely return, so will my wife with her vehicle!
