After seven weeks of waiting school blazer still not arrived.
Poor communication.
Managed to purchase blazer second hand in the end so refund requested.
As the only supplier of uniform in our area I feel the delivery time, stock levels and communication is unacceptable

A good experience
Visited the Tunbridge store this summer and was greeted at the door by Jess who was incredibly helpful. She knew what we needed and didn't need, great with sizes and was so patient with us at a busy period. She saved us so much time, and I'm not sure we could've done it without her. The store itself was great too - loads of what we needed, loads of sizes, fitting rooms, all-in-all a good experience

I was served by hollie@Cheltenham, she was brilliant and made a potentially difficult experience so much easier! Very patient with my reluctant grandson, made sure everything fitted well (an allowed a little room for growth). She really tried hard to ensure we everything we needed, and ordered a couple of items which were not available in the correct size.

Excellent customer service from Jess
We were at the Newnham Court store Maidstone today and greeted by a lovely retail assistant called Jess. Nothing was too much for her and I would say she went out of her way to find the exact right fit trousers for my son, searching in the stock room and online. She was so helpful, resourceful, kind and well-mannered. A real asset to the store and to be honest a breath of fresh air. I have in general always found this to be a great store and look forward to visiting again.

I went to the Stockport store today with my daughter , Alex helped us immediately she was kind and patient with my daughter while helping her find the correct sizes. I will definitely be returning next time and recommending Alex and the Stockport store to my friends and family.
