Used this to transfer whatsapp history from android to ios
It transferred the history but didn't merge contacts, so all i see is a list of phone numbers with chat history and no option to message them and a list of names with no chat history that i can message.
I wasn't planning on purchasing a subscription just to spend hours on trying to make it work.
Also for a service that a person would use only one time, there are no options for this. You can only purchase a monthly renewing subscription. I see this just a dirty business practice.

It just doesn't work properly. I tried backing up and restoring my data multiple times. I also contacted their support team, and to their credit, they responded and tried to help every time. However, despite all the troubleshooting, I was never able to transfer my data from my Android device to my iPhone. In the end, they admitted they couldn't resolve the issue and offered me a lifetime license instead. Unfortunately, I was never able to complete the transfer, so the software was useless for my migration.

If you are looking for a robust solution for iPhone data management, I highly recommend iCareFone. Great, easy to use software. I bought it mainly to get my 14,000 pictures off my iPhone and onto my PC so they can be backed up to an off-line hard drive. This software worked perfectly and was reasonably fast.

I also experienced an issue with the software after my PC crashed. As with most, the AI robot wasn't much help, customer service on the other hand was great. Got back to me in an acceptable amount of time and solved my problem without jumping through too many hoops.

I have used this software for several years and recently had the need to contact customer support. The response was prompt, courteous and resolved the issue for me. I find this software very easy to use, in particular the management of photo folders and iphone backups. In addition the diagnostic tools have been very useful.

wanted to transfer from android to iphone. The icarefone advertising is misleading, the only free bit is the download to your computer, to transfer anything to anywhere you first need to register and pay for icarefone which is an ongoing subscription and not a one off payment. After downloading and running the icarefone it will ask you to attach your devices to your computer, you absolutely can not go any further without paying. Deleting the icarefone software from your computer after uninstall a pop up states that not all components could be deleted but can be deleted manually, the undeleted components are hidden and not easy to find which is a red flag.

The software is useful and user friendly. Fast response by technical support, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I tried several apps to connect an iPhone to a Windows 11 PC. Only Icarefone by Tennorshare works, and it works without having to install iTunes, or even iTunes drivers. It just works. I like that.

All you need to work with your iPhone in one place. I appreciate the ability to delete photos directly from the PC.
