Finger weg, das ist Betrug. Ich habe im November 2025 ein Appartement über booking.com der Fa. HUSWELL gebucht und bezahlt. Die Buchung wurde im Februar 2025 ohne Angabe von Gründen durch HUSWELL storniert. Die Buchungsgebühr wurde bis heute nicht erstattet, die Fa. reagiert weder auf Anrufe noch auf Mails.

I am now selebrating a one year aniversary since Huswell
told I woukld receive a € 120 refund for malfunctions in the appartment I rented in Oostende. Since then I have had nothinb\ng but promises that the payment was with their accounts department and would be paid shprtly.
I see from reports posted by other renters and property owners that non payment is normal with this company.

My advise is: DO NOT USE THEM!

Attention!!!! Hands off!!! Huswell's booking confirmation has arrived and €867 has been debited from credit card. And after that the booking was simply deleted. No info, no explanation. So the money was just STOLEN! No response to question emails. The phones are death. Only thieves do so. And for thieves, there is only one suitable place in this world: prison. Strange, but many providers continue to rent the apartments from Huswell. They don't know what's going on or Huswell doesn't steal money from everyone? In any way, I file a statement to the police and EU prosecutor and I hire a belgian lawyer. Hey Huswell, I want come back my money!!!

Achtung Leute!!!! Finger weg!!! Die Buchungsbestätigung von Huswell ist angekommen und 867€ von Kreditkarte abgebucht. Und dann die Buchung war einfach gelöscht. Ohne Info, ohne Erklärung. So das Geld wurde einfach GEKLAUT! Keine Antwort auf Anfragemails. Die Telefonen sind Tod. So machen nur Dieben. Und für Dieben es gibt nur ein passende Platz in diese Welt : Gefängnis. Komisch, aber viele Anbietern weiter vermieten die Ferienwohnungen von Huswell. Wissen die nicht wie es weiter geht oder Huswell klauet Geld nicht von jeder? Auf jedem Fall ich erstatte die Anzeige bei Polizei und EU Staatsanwalt und Ich schließe die Belgische Anwalt an. Hey Huswell, ich vordere mein Geld zurück!!!

Ich habe über FewoDirekt eine Ferienwohnung in Ostende gebucht und wurde unmittelbar zu Huswell als Vermieter weitergeleitet. Bereits im November 2025 wurde die Anzahlung von meiner Kreditkarte gebucht. Obwohl die Schlusszahlung erst im Mai 2026 erfolgen sollte, wurde sie bereits im Dezember 2025 eingezogen. Mitte Februar 2026 erhielt ich die Mitteilung von FewoDirekt, dass Huswell meine Buchung storniert hat. Seitdem versuche ich mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Aber die Telefonnummern bei Huswell sind nicht mehr erreichbar. Auch über den Service bei FewoDirekt komme ich nicht weiter, da FewoDirekt mitteilt, dass ich keine Buchung hätte. Ich finde, dass Huswell sehr unlauter agiert und ich befürchte, dass mein Geld für die Ferienwohung weg ist.

Wir haben im Dezember eine Wohnung reserviert für Mai. Alles wurde bezahlt. Jetzt kommt die Stornierung ohne Angabe eines Grundes. Wir warten seit 2 Wochen auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes. Fast 2.000 €. Unmöglich. Keine Antwort von denen. Das ist Betrug!

4Monate bevor die Reise beginnen sollte, buchte Huswell die Restzahlung von der Karte ab...2 Tage später kam die Stornierung...
wir warten noch immer auf die Rūckzahlung von 870€...
kann niemand telefonisch erreichen... niemand antwortet auf meine Mails...!!
Schon kriminell wie mit dem Geld der Gäste umgegangen wird... ich verlange eine sofortige Rūckzahlung.
.Werde eine Anzeige bei der Polizei machen...!
Alle die auf eine Rückzahlung warten, unbedingt Klage bei der Polizei Oostkamp machen...
das ist eindeutig Betrug!!!

As per other reviews I would recomend you read other one star reviews about HUSWELL. If something goes wrong during your stay and a refund is agreed the said promised refunds will never appear.
Very prompt responses apologising and agreeing to refund monies however despite multiple emails and responses saying its in the finance area hands it never arrives. If you are a client with a property (and ours was lovely) beware and ensure you get your rents. If you are thinking of booking a property where HUSWEll is the agent be on your guard.

Via Booking.com in november geboekt voor een verblijf in juni 2026 met als organisatie huswell. In februari werd de boeking zonder enige rede ineens geannuleerd. Ik had het appartement al volledig betaald en ze zouden het bedrag binnen 7-12 dagen terug betalen. Tot op heden heb ik mijn geld niet terug ontvangen. Ook krijg ik helemaal geen contact met de organisatie huswell. Super slecht echt ik ga hier nooit meer boeken. Ze reageren op geen een bericht en het geld is ineens foetsie. Super slecht!!!!!!

Booking op tijd geannuleerd op 28/1 ging binnen 14 dagen terugbetaald worden, we zijn immers 24 dagen verder en geen terugbetaling, bellen en berichten sturen maar geen antwoord.

Wir hatten ein Haus in Blankenberge Belgien, dieses entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Die versprochene Rückzahlung ist seit über einem halben Jahr nicht erfolgt. Kontakt wurde einfach abgebrochen

Eine einzige Enttäuschung. Seit August warte ich auf eine Erstattung in Höhe von 217,35 Euro, die mir im Juli 2025 zugesagt wurde und ist bis heute nicht überwiesen wurde. Ich wurde mehrfach vertröstet, passiert ist aber nichts.
Meine Empfehlung: Am besten keine Wohnung mieten, bei der Huswell involviert ist.

Slecht slecht slecht. 1 jaar op voorhand een huis voor 10 personen geboekt. Betaald en een bevestiging gekregen. Na een maand geannuleerd door hun zonder echte reden. Ze gingen alles terugbetalen binnen de 14 dagen. Een maand later nog steeds geen geld gehad en ook geen compensatie voor de annulering die hun gedaan hebben.

Pas op! Je krijgt jouw geld niet terug bij dit mega slechte en ongeloofwaardige bedrijf. Je wordt aan het lijntje gehouden met beloftes over een refund, maar je krijgt niets. Ik had eerst nog goede hoop, maar ik wacht inmiddels al bijna een jaar op mijn geld.

Boek hier absoluut NIET jouw verblijf!

I can't be any clearer than this.

They are the worst travel company I have ever dealt with.

Their support agents are liars or entirely useless. The result is the same.

90 minutes before we were arriving, they cancelled our pre-paid reservation.

They could not give us a legitimate reason why it was cancelled. Only lies.

There were 6 of us and we had to scramble to try and find alternative accommodation with no notice. We were fortunate that we managed to find something, but we are thousands of EUR out of pocket.

But what is even worse, is for 3 weeks now I have been trying to get them to refund the EUR 3,788.44 in prepaid accomodation charges.

I must have contacted them 6 or 7 times now, always the same lies about how the refund has been processed.

When asking for evidence they have processed it, they refuse to provide any. They expect me to take their word for it. But their word is worthless.

It's been 17 business days and still no refund. I'm now forced to lodge a chargeback.

I wish I could give negative stars. Hushwell is not a legitimate company: it is a scam firm. They currently owe us €7,000 that they refuse to pay back. While they were lying to us that payments were 'on the way,' they were already preparing to declare bankruptcy.
We even visited their office in person. The CEO, Jean-Paul Godfroy, lied to our faces, promising the money would arrive soon. It never did. Furthermore, they also own 'Tidy.' Despite owing us thousands, they claimed Tidy was a separate entity (which LinkedIn records prove is a lie) just to squeeze even more money out of us for cleaning fees. Money that should have been deducted from our earnings.
To make matters worse, a tenant damaged our apartment. Hushwell promised to cover the costs but, predictably, they didn't. Instead of making a profit by renting out our appartement, we have lost a significant amount of money and it is damaged.
They are now attempting to sell their business to another entity called Casiola. They are using predatory tactics, claiming they will only repay the money THEY OWE YOU over a 12-month period IF you continue to work with the new firm. We refuse to be blackmailed.
If you are a property owner: stay away. You will be scammed. If you are a traveler: do not support this business. They are thieves disguised as a management company
