Awful. I place an order from Fashdes almost a month ago. I received an email confirmation from a “personal shopper.” After that, radio silence. I checked back in a week after and they said it was being shipped via express courier and that I should receive it in three business days. Needless to say, I didn’t receive it. Twenty days since I’d placed the order, I reached out again, and they said that there was a confusion and that my package was left in the warehouse, but they were going to ship it and that day I would email me a tracking number. Again, radio silence. No communication, no tracking number nothing. I reached out again today in hopes that they will answer and send my product. I have no way to cancel it. Save yourself some trouble and never order from here. I would be surprised if they are still in business a year from now if these are their business standards and their customer service experience.

Why take a chance? Multiple bad reviews. This company has no stock. They buy things and then just sell them to the customer with the profit they make off other people. I had a label created for several weeks and tracking never updated. Finally had to explain to my bank to get my 500 dollars back. Worst experience with a company ever. Unwanted and un needed stress. Shop elsewhere.

Absolute scammers, do not purchase anything from here , they steal your money. I have waited 3 months for a refund and still nothing. Contacted them multiple times and been blocked .

Nice product, but sizing was off. Pay close attention to their return policy. They are inflexible with the policy and inconsistent with information.

I ordered a Marc Jacob’s purse as a Christmas present which originally had shown would be here before Christmas Day. I have since contacted the company several times whom gives me a shipping number saying it is being delivered to California. The correct delivery address was Maryland. This company has been proven to be a total scam and absolute disappointment. I am at a $300 loss, missing gift and still no bag or explanation. This company needs to be held accountable for ripping people off.

The booties are so chic and comfortable. I love them. I ordered them for Florida “winter” and they will be perfect.

Happy with the purchase but DHL delivery was problematic. They did not deliver on the requested delivery date of 13 October and attempted delivery early on 9 October when I was not home. They came the next day and faked my signature and dropped the package in an unsafe place. DHL's 800 number was of minimal help as they said it was with the local delivery company. That company did return and pick up the package that was left without signature and ended up redelivering on 14 October. I don't know if I would order again if you use DHL for delivery as they are usually problematic.

The website is designed very well and very easy to use. My clothes came in fairly quickly and I love them! They are amazing quality. I would very much recommend this brand to anyone.
