Bad communication and late drop off to DHL. Not accurate with timeline shipping. I have ordered many times from them but will not order again as customer service is not good .

I live in Hawaii so ordering anything is tough but shipping was super reasonable and prices were unmatched for OEM Vespa parts. I was shocked! I would always recommend Falan before any other online store

Habe zwei Bestellungen gemacht eine wurde Geliefert die andere nach mehrmaligen hin und her als nicht geliefert bestätigt bekommen. Seitdem warte ich auf die Lieferung. Da werde ich nicht nochmal was bestellen!

Gutes ersatzteil so war es mir möglich meinen Vespa Sitz zu retten und nicht wegzuwerfen. Der Verkauf und Versand war auch Super würde immer wieder bei dem Händler einkaufen.

They were closed when I purchased my products but they here was no reference on the web.

Then once they reopened it took another 3 weeks until my purchase arrived even though I selected the fast shipping via DHL

Products arrived as ordered and undamaged, my only complaint is, I paid to have tires mounted on the wheels so I assumed they would also be balanced, they were not and I also don't see an option to add balancing. This resulted with me having to spend an additional $90 and drive 2 hours round trip to get them balanced, I emailed FALAN askin why the wheels were not balanced and I did not receive a response.

It was my second purchase, No problems, good service. Also, the price of the Item bought was lower in comparison to other online stores that sell the same part.

That was not the quickest delivery, but maybe because of their vacation shut-down. Communication was good, and the delivered part was good too.

Ik heb werkelijk nog nooit zo n slecht bedrijf meegemaakt om een onderdeel terug te sturen die je betaald hebt en wat gewoon niet goed is , ook al staat op de site dat het geschikt is voor benodigde type ! Ben nu 2 weken bezig een retourlabel te krijgen en het enige wat je krijgt is het standaard K antwoordt wat automatisch wordt gestuurd
