It doesn't support python 3.14, postgresql 15+, and weasy print.

আমি একজন WordPress Developer, আর আমার প্রায় সব Client-কেই আমি Exon Host suggest করি। শুধু Best Speed-এর জন্য নয়, তাদের Best Support-এর জন্যও।

অনেক সময় Website-এ কাজ করতে গিয়ে এমন কোনো Problem হয়, যেটা অনেক চেষ্টা করেও আমি খুঁজে বের করতে পারি না। তখন ভাবি হয়তো Hosting-এর কোনো Problem, তাই Exon Host-এর Support-এ Knock করি।

কিন্তু অনেক সময় দেখা যায় Problemটা Hosting-এ না, Website-এর মধ্যেই। তারপরও তাদের Support Team বিষয়টা চেক করে Website-এর Problem-টাও খুঁজে বের করে ঠিক করে দিয়েছে। একজন Developer হিসেবে এমন Support সত্যিই অনেক বড় ব্যাপার।

আমি Paid Subscription ব্যবহার করেও এই Review দিতে আসলাম, কারণ তাদের Support সত্যিই প্রশংসার যোগ্য।

এখন রাত ৪ টা ২৫ বাজে এই সময় সাপোর্টে নক দিলাম সাথে সাথে জহিরুল ভাই রেসপন্স শুধু আজকে না এরকম আরো কয়েকদিন নক দিয়েছি সাথে সাথে উনি আমাকে হেল্প করেছে। আমার একটা বড় ইসু ছিল , খুব সহজেই সল্ভ করে দিছে এর আগে তো আমার এমন একটা এমন প্রবলেম ছিল অন্য এক ভাই উনি আমার পিসিতে গিয়ে অনেক ৩০ মিনিট+ সময় নিয়ে ঠিক করে দিয়েছি আমি খুবই অবাক হয়ছি। আমি খুবই তাদের সাপোর্ট পেয়ে সত্যি খুবই খুশি । উনারা অনেক হেল্পফুল। কি আর বলবো যারা সাপোর্ট দেয় প্রতেকেই খুবই ফ্রেন্ডলি এন্ড হেল্পফুল ।
আমি কখনো রিভিও দেয় না আমার কাছে ১০০ তে ১০০ মনে না হলে কিন্তু আমি এখান থেকে ভালো সাপর্ট পেয়েছি তাই আমার অপেনিং বললাম।
সত্যি এরকম ইন্সটেন্ট সাপোর্ট পাবো কখনো ভাবেনি,।

উনাদের সাপোর্ট সিস্টেম খুবই ভালো রাত একটা হোক কিংবা বারোটা কিংবা তিনটা অথবা চারটা সাথে সাথে রেসপন্স করে প্রবলেম সলভ করে দেয়
