I had great experience working to Marko Ivanic, he is responsive, super helpful. look forward working again for new project in the future

Excrement product and customer service. I completed a 350sf shower as a first time diy. The project turned out just as expected.

Customers service is very responsive for any questions that may come up. The Micro Cement has a wide range of color options which make it easier for my clients to color match with their decor. Overall a very good product.

Love the products and their customer service is great. Dan is always quick to respond to my questions and get me the info I need.

I’ve been working with Dan Jankovic for my DIY microcement shower in Forest. He has gone above and beyond to help- answering my miriad of questions. I’ve literally called or emailed daily for the past 3 + weeks!!!!!! The website is not user friendly and if you went by their basic instructions…..good luck. Dan the man should re write more specific instructions for the Epodex website- as he was far more thorough and knowledgeable. Time will tell if I did it correctly, but the 1st coat of PU sealer is on, and it looks INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't experienced such amazing customer service from a co many in decades. I had a slight issue with the coloration and they promptly gave me a refund.

The product itself (microcement for walls) is an excellent product and really has a luxurious feel to it once its been applied. I highly recommend Epodex and their team!

Fast delivery and its really easy to work with!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product, Outstanding Customer Service!

I have used EPODEX USA’s micro-cement products across several of my construction and remodelling projects here in Houston, and I have to say that both myself and my clients have been extremely impressed with the results. The product quality is excellent, and it consistently delivers the finish and results we are looking for.

I would also like to give special recognition to Marko, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout my ordering history. Whether I have needed to order additional product, arrange supplies for an urgent installation, or simply had a question, Marko has always responded incredibly quickly, professionally and with a genuinely friendly attitude.

His excellent communication, willingness to help and ability to act swiftly when time is of the essence have been invaluable to me on numerous occasions. In the construction industry, having a reliable supplier who understands the importance of deadlines and delivers great customer service makes all the difference.

EPODEX USA has proven itself to be a fantastic company, offering a great product backed by equally great people. I will undoubtedly continue using their micro-cement products for many years to come across my new build and remodelling projects.

Great product, great company, and great employees. Highly recommended!

My experience was Awesome. Dan walked me through the process and was an excellent, knowledgeable, and engaging salesperson who helped me get what I needed.

I followed the sanding and application instructions. I have been working on this bathroom for 5 days. I was so proud. 3 days after I finished, I went to clean up the shower floor. All that work went down the drain. Literally. NEVER AGAIN. Now I will retile the shower, which will cost me less than this product!

I'm a home DIYer and wanted to do a basement bathroom remodel. I worked with Marko to make sure I got the right microcement product. I had a handful of questions throughout the process and emailed Marko. He always responded fast and helped me with all my questions. Their customer service goes far beyond what typical companies do. I highly recommend!

Marko was very good he responded well and made sure we received excellent service. The material we purchased had a more pronounced blue to it than we had anticipated even with the additive, we however made a plan, this was no fault of Marko it was our selection and the difference between the image online and once applied were slightly different. It looks great now however as we are finishing having added a dark additive, it looks how it should. We have only just finished the walls this passed week. Thank you

Good product and super responsive support

The table top kit arrived fast and poured clear with barely any bubbles, my coffee table looks great now.

I have been using the Epodex products for years on my personal residence and my commercial buildings. I had ordered a good quantity of one of their products last month to do the entry of one of my commercial buildings and the material just didn’t get to the correct color I was looking for, but Dan, the manager, stood in and rectify the entire situation by sending me all new product at their expense and no additional charge. These guys stand behind their work and would highly recommend using all their products

I was not sure at first on my first order, but they came through first class Great service everything just like they said and the same thing with my second order I’ll definitely buy again

I am VERY concerned with my experience with this company. I ordered several tile paint products and the PU paint for my bathroom and ultimately decided that the projects would not work with my tile.

I contacted the company to return the project and they advised me to ship back the flammable (clearly labeled #3) products using UPS or FedEx and Epodex instructed me to not disclose the contents of the package to get around the shipping restrictions surrounding hazardous materials. This would require me to lie when accepting the shipping agreements and take on the liability myself in doing so. I have this in writing from Epodex instructing me to do this. I have repeated asked them for assistance returning their product in a safe and ethical manner but have not received a resolution. I plan to also contact BBB.

Marko is very responsive and has been super helpful in helping me determine the proper ratio's needed for pigment, etc and answering questions in general. The ordering process is very user friendly on the website.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dan at EPODEX. I was originally put in touch with him to discuss install options and he absolutely helped with information concerning that, but he was also able to advise on ordering and I trusted him to place my order based on the dimensions I gave him! On the actual day we mixed the samples and I applied it, he made himself available to walk me through it via call. I’m so happy with the product and process.
