We understand your frustration. Please note that all subscription charges are processed by your bank, not by us directly. To avoid unintended messages or charges being captured by the standard system, we recommend deactivating your subscription at least 24 hours in advance.

System messages, such as headhunter requests, will continue unless the profile is deleted. This is clearly outlined on our website, and users have full control to manage or delete their profiles to stop all communications.

We encourage reviewing these options carefully to ensure your preferences are reflected in the system.

It is the user’s responsibility to review these details and deactivate the subscription if they no longer wish to continue.

All payments are processed through the bank or payment provider (like PayPal), not directly by us. To avoid unintended charges, we recommend deactivating subscriptions at least 24 hours in advance.

We do not operate scams; our communications and payment processes are fully transparent, and all users, regardless of financial situation, have the same terms and control over their accounts.
