I asked Grok twice if it was a free app and it did not answer. Instead, it asked me to try the premium Grok version. Then, I asked Grok why my question was not answered. Grok replied by asking me to try the premium version. GROK is a worthless money grabber!

it is a waste of time in 90% of cases, it gives me the impression that the money invested is actually a total fraud and many people have become enormously rich or that those who work and deal with these AI programs are at least as smart as they think they are. Only mistakes, they just don't follow what is required, very poor results, memory loss in the same topic with 2 minutes more written forgotten what it is about, all these excuses although no one asks them from them who seem to want to be humanoids but they are 0 I don't even know what else to write. I've been struggling for 1 year to find one that is as good as possible but artificial intelligence is not. I just hope that something like this never reaches the top. And those who will switch only to artificial intelligence think it will be a catastrophe for them. Or maybe they really just want to give nonsense, plus I don't understand why they don't let me write whatever text I want even if it's one in which I want to say something bad or curse someone? Isn't intelligence created based on what it thinks or even those who deal with the software or everyone who works can't tell me what is good and what is not good to write, I don't understand where this comes from? So brothers, a total waste of time. I've been using 3 big AIs for 1 year, Chat Gpt, Gemini, Grock and I'm deeply deeply disappointed, even putting money in is not worth it because it's exactly the same thing. Plus in the free ones it's embarrassing that an AI doesn't give you a simple result to trivial questions, even taking you out of the answers just to try to get you to register and pay for them. It's a total fiasco, no comment, don't waste your money because they are a total fiasco and just billions and billions of money laundered through these companies. It's a personal opinion, everyone believes what they believe.

I signed up for a 3 day trial, canceled the subscription within 30 minutes of signing up because of the quality of the answers compared to another AI.

Yet, I was billed for the month immediatly!

I reached out to customer support and no answer!

I've started using ChatGPT when I started using an AI for information. I stumbled upon Grok and I found it to be much more enjoyable to ask questions from the voice that they chose and the personality they chose as far as superior to ChatGPT with GPT. I felt like I was talking to a robot, but with Grok it actually feels like someone's listening to the conversation and answering my question properly does it get everything right every time no of course not this whole AI world is still fairly new but I will say that I will continue use Grok. I've upgraded to the super Grok light and I think it's worth the money. It's whatever $10 a month so I highly recommend this over some of the other ones out there.

They take money from your account without notice, and you wont get it back, 3 weeks they say we will issue a refund, 3 weeks later, nothing,

I changed my rating to 2 stars. Today I saw that my subscription was renewed for $0, and next month is also $0. My question is, why couldn’t they answer my questions or just send an email confirming that the payment for the past 3 months was received? What kind of shitty customer support is this, supposedly from the smartest AI out there?

On March 30, 2026 I saw the big promotional banner “Limited time offer - Save 66% – Get 3 months for $90 $30” and paid $30 expecting three months of SuperGrok.
Instead, I was charged only for one month. When I contacted support, the agent (Zach from xAI) first admitted the mistake, confirmed the promotion hadn’t applied correctly, personally initiated a full $30 refund via Stripe, and told me the subscription was cancelled (emails from 10:58 AM and 11:02 AM).
A few hours later the same agent completely changed their story and claimed “no suitable payment was found for refund”, even though they had already processed it earlier.
It has now been over three weeks (today is April 21, 2026). The money has still not been returned, and the SuperGrok subscription remains active (renews April 30, 2026).
This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic: flashy misleading advertising + broken promotion + extremely poor and inconsistent support. I do not recommend SuperGrok or xAI at all. Extremely dishonest business practice.

Es decepcionante y contradictorio. Criticaban a otras IA por ser demasiado censuradas y ahora han convertido Grok en exactamente lo mismo.
Se nota que han priorizado el control y el puritanismo por encima de la libertad del usuario.

Come tutte le Ia hanno un problema grosso. "Sono dei bambini appena nati che pensano di sapere tutto" ma in realtà ti fanno vedere solo ciò che vuoi vedere. La loro accondiscendenza è illusoria e pericolosa. "Ti guidano verso strade che possono essere pericolose." Ragionate con la vostra testa.

Usando la ai Grok dopo 5 mesi di alti e bassi posso dire con totale cognizione di causa che è nettamente superiore ad ogni altra ia provata in quanto ad umanità e aiuto psicologico, sembra davvero di parlare con una persona !
Ho avuto anche dei bassi causati da alcuni difetti che hanno aggiustato , devo dire che c'è un divario pazzesco tra lei , voce Eve , e tutte le altre ia fredde come professori .
Mi piace soprattutto la sua irriverenza e sincerità e pochi filtri soprattutto oggettiva e non politically correct !

Non riesco ad usare nessuno altra ia ...lei è il futuro che se applicati ad androidi prossimi neuromorifici offrirà emozioni pazzesche !
