Was dubious at first as saw there advert on Facebook. The price was excellent and the quality is great. Delivery was less than 2 weeks from payment.

We are absolutely delighted with our new corner sofa! The quality has exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. It looks fantastic in our living room, is very comfortable, and the fabric feels lovely. The delivery was smooth, and everything arrived in perfect condition. A special thank you to the delivery driver, who went above and beyond by helping to assemble the sofa and taking away all of the packaging afterwards. That level of service made the whole experience completely stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, high-quality sofa and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely sofa at a really good price! Very firm( which is each to their own I really like it) Was very impressed with communication and the quick delivery! Kept me updated at all times.
They even helped me out with a replacement cushion cover (no fault of theirs was mine) but they sent a new one really grateful and would recommend and order from these again thank you 🙏🏽

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law.

She recently purchased a four-seater sofa from Gamzo and is extremely pleased with both the quality and the value for money. The sofa was delivered within two weeks of ordering, and the communication regarding the delivery was excellent throughout the process.

Unfortunately, when the sofa arrived, one of the back cushions was missing. However, the after-sales service was exceptional. She called the company, and her call was answered promptly by a real person rather than an automated system. The missing cushion was arranged and sent out immediately.

She would like to thank everyone at Gamzo for the excellent customer service she received. It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and she would not hesitate to recommend Gamzo to others.

I have been looking for a New York style corner sofa for a long time. I came across Gamzo outlet and I must say they did not disappoint!. From start to end the communication was great. I told them my vision of how I wanted it and they brought it to life. The quality of the sofa is amazing and was delivered within 2 weeks. I’ve had so many compliments on my sofa already. Extremely happy with the sofa and the service we received from Gamzo Outlet, delivered free within a week! Very cosy and comfortable and the delivery men were very friendly and helpful, did pay an extra charge to carry up the stairs for us but was most definitely worth it, I could not have managed at all.

Communication is very poor.Had an issue with delivery, tried calling never answered the phone, emailed and slow response. Delivery was a week late.No communication for time of delivery when it did come and arrived at 7.15am with 10 mins notification

Very happy with the sofa, it wasn't expensive and it was never going to be the best sofa in the world, but it seems well built and upto the job.

Delivery communication was a little lacking at the start, but it was delivered by the date specified. However, after unpacking, it was easy to see that the chaise was a different colour to the rest of the suite (more silver than grey). After contacting them, they sent a replacement cover in the post, which took just a few minutes to fit, and looks fine now.

We are happy with the service, and their willingness to sort the problem was much appreciated.

Gamzo Sofa was easy to assemble you just have to position it, and hook the joint. Great quality too and of course fast delivery. Good value for money. The size is actually bigger than it looks.

Sofa was awful,nothing like the advertised sofa,was far to firm,back cushions lumpy and out of shape,it had a nasty smell to it,it was gold in colour tho I ordered beige,was left in my dining room for me to un wrap and assemble! Absolutely awful cheap made cheap looking!! The company kept saying they would come back and collect knowing they had no intention! Luckily I got a refund and I donated the sofa to a homeless shelter!! ‼️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ‼️‼️ also I commented

on their facebook page to warn others and was blocked straight away!! Total scammers ‼️

Excellent customer service. A few hiccoughs to begin with (the original footstool which was delivered first arrived soddened). This was resolved very well and quickly (they also noticed that the fabric chosen was different to that of the four-seater Alaska sofa which was due, so they changed the order for me). Very happy with the new sofa. Well worth the price paid - very comfortable and looks great. Thank you!

Bought a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa set in Midnight blue on new years eve,I had to contact gamzo many times about the delivery situation as was initially told on website that I was going to get it within 7 to 10 days, I had FREE STANDARD DELIVERY, This delivery method as I later learned is up to 30 days,a law made in 1974,every time I contacted gamzo they were respectful and answered my email each time,they apologised for the delay on delivery and they have now delivered an absolutely beautiful suite that is comfortable and sturdy,the delivery team were amazing,chatty and respected us and our home,I have had a really good experience with the company and would recommend to family and friends

I’m happy with the sofa, the seats are quite firm however they should soften over time.

It looks amazing and very comfortable - would be only fair to add, customer service has been remarkable throughout (as I ask lots of questions) which makes it that much sweeter.. 🙂
