I seen the ad for a TV for 9.99 and when I made the purchase find out bytesaler took it among they self to withdraw 30.00 more dollars out my account to credit the account for future purchases which I never agree to that before doing such thing yall should ask the customer if they agree to that not do what yall want with my money on my bank account that's unacceptable so I cancel the whole transaction and asked for my money to be returned expeditiously as fast as yall did that transaction without authorization the audacity of yall.

I know my broke self shouldn’t just be trying stuff .. I placed my card info thinking I was getting glasses .. I got a subscription . But thing is it’s HELLA DEALS ON THAT THING .. like seriously b.. but I just don’t have the money right now to shop and keep subscriptions open .. school is just starting gotta worry about my kids … I hope my refund go back to my card and I hope my subscription be canceled

They were very fair as I was mislead and mistaken and needed to cancel asap!

Based on the communication between myself and the company it is a long process and I have to fill out a review to get my money back. When I was dealing with fraudulent issues, this company was one I did not recognize on my account. When I started to ask questions, things were turned over to the “Escalation Team.” They stated I would get my money back after I filled out the review. I got an email saying they needed more information. Not sure what they want me to say. I explained why I was requesting a refund and it was denied. After it was denied, I asked why? Asking questions got me sent to the “Escalation Team.” I still have not received approval for my refund. All the hassle and having me add more to my review caused a 2 star review, when you had a 3 star review.

It told me to pay $9.99 for iPhone pro 17 and then conned me into some sort of membership that I did not approve to sign up for.

I paid for a bag, but I never received it. I contacted the company regarding my refund, but I have not received my money back yet. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

Filling this out to finalize my refund.

Was contacted quickly about a refund. I tried to purchase something and was over charged and also tried charging other times that were denied. I appreciate the quick and timely resolve

Too expensive

What customer service it’s been OK very reliability and the inability zero stars was promised. My order would be shipped out in a timely manner 19 days. My order is still not shipped. I believe this company is just a scam. I’m highly not recommend them.

Did not like or dislike, honestly did not know what I was actually signing up for until it was too late.

I initially had a good experience but I'm still waiting for a refund but the customer service was good

Told I will get my refund if I leave review. We will see.
