Worst company ever, work with unprofessional technicians that never takes responsability for their work, gave me wrong advises which I had to buy unnecessary plugs, they don't speak English and I left without a solution after they throw my old product, when I ask to return they never brought me my old.product and media market customer service is piece of bullshit they will do 0.to.help.you and hung of the phone

Worst company ever!
I order a delivery and the delivery guy left it downstairs
I asked him to bring it up because its heavy and im handicap and can't carry it and he just ignored me.
I contacted customer service which didnt care and ask told me to ask my neighbour to help me carry it because they will not go back.
Avoid in all cost!!!!!

The sim card was send on the 10th. Please contact our Customer Department when you haven't received the sim card yet.
