Great option when needing to stow luggage after a cruise!! Would definitely use again! Recommend making a reservation, made it so easy!!

Super friendly staff made it very easy to drop off and pick up our luggage so we could explore the market.

I picked this location based on the reviews, and it was 100% the right decision. They were kind enough to be flexible on drop-off and pick-up times. The process was simple but also organized, so I had no fears about things getting lost. They made this the simplest part of my day :)

Nice selection of stuff. Luggage storage was awesome. Girl told me at the store, cheaper to just walk in. Save $$$ and just walk in. They dislike the added fees the 3rd party booking parties charge (mine was literally 50% of the storage cost.) Walk in with luggage. Walk out wearing purple (Gogol Bordello fans)

Using the Bounce service with Hyatt place downtown Seattle was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room to secure the luggage was spacious and secure. I would use this service every time.

It is the Hyatt Place. It's funny because I checked in this place 5 years ago, and now they provide the service... it's still a great place to stow your bags! I was staying out in Bellevue and couldn't stow my bags in the hotel there after checking out since I didn't want to spend $180 on Ubers to and from the city + to the airport afterwards, so this place worked as a great compromise.

Super easy, the receptionist at the Hyatt knew just what to do and led us to the locked storage room where she tagged our bags and gave us a claim ticket

The staff are great! We never used Bounce before and they were more than happy to tell us what we needed to know. They were very responsive to our questions pleasant to deal with and we will definitely use Bounce again!

Hotel personnel were helpful and caring of luggage.they even arranged a shuttle to the airport when we were ready.

Great experience. We paid for 5 bags but they told us they could store a few additional ones at no charge. Staff was very friendly and it was super easy.
