- I'm satisfied with my experience! I had never used the service before, I researched the reviews and felt confident. I left my bags at 9 am and picked them up at 3 pm without any problems. The only detail that could be improved would be removing the website service fee, as I already find it a bit excessive, considering that the price per bag is at least R$20.00 and the website fee alone is R$37.00. Apart from that, it's a well-provided service!
