We had a little bit if trouble finding the store because we were unaware that we were already parked in the parking lot below. We drove around just to park back where we started. Overall, excellent first time experience. Staff allowed us to leave our jackets as well since we were able to run them thru the luggage straps to keep them secure. We really appreciated that bcz we were not expecting the weather to be warm in San Francisco.
