Easy to find and simple process so you can't go wrong. Although many cheaper lockers/luggage storage facilities nearby that provide the same service.

i was really late for the time slot i booked but they still accepted my luggage !

Fast, friendly, easy to find. Reasonably priced. While the storage area seemed to be just a section of the lobby rather than a secured room, it was situated such that lobby staff were always able to see it.

Go out from Exit 2 and walk just a short distance. Appointment scheduled for 11:00-20:30 But actually, we arrived at 10:30 and the staff didn't say anything. The male employee (uncle) is very friendly and smiling. Everyone can talk. The app is easy to use.

Close to Dobutsuen-mae Station Exit 2 escalator. You can leave it at the front desk of Hotel Kiyama. Thank you very much for letting me stay in Nara for one night.
