The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease! The drop-off and pickup process was smooth and seamless! I'd definitely use this service again! The only thing that was a little hard to find was the entrance... I highly recommend it!

Left bags at World Services only a few minutes from the station at La Spezia Italy. Easy to book in advance and efficient, friendly service both on leaving and collecting.

It was so nice to store our luggage right next to the train station while we explored cinque terre all day. I only wish they had a better sign outside. It looks like a furniture store, so we walked right by at first. But it was easy and they kept great care of our luggage. Totally worth it.

A good place to leave our luggage. We had no problems at all. We arrived at the scheduled arrival and departure times, and there were people serving us. The service was very fast, and everything was perfect with our bags.

Storage was upstairs in a building. Location was super easy from the train station and close! Both Simone and Elisa were wonderful. I had trouble with my Bounce account and wasn’t getting messages and Elisa came down to find me and help us up. Bags were stored in a different location from the lobby at check in. Pics were taken for security. We needed to adjust our bag total and it was simple through the app. Communication with hosts were great throughout the whole process. When we were ready for pick up we forgot to notify 45 minutes ahead but Simone was helpful and came to release our bags so we could make our train. We had a great experience and was new to bounce so it was a pleasant and convenient service!

The only problem we had was being unable to pick up the bags early as it closed between 1 and 4 on a Sunday. This was shown on the store front but we didn’t realise until too late ! The app should show where there are unusual opening hours in case bags needed back urgently.
