It's conveniently located near the Mid-Levels Escalator (a tourist attraction), making it easy to access, and the ground is flat enough for carrying luggage after using public transportation. Although the Bounce app wasn't working properly, perhaps due to an issue with the code verification, the store staff was very kind and reassuring, telling me to leave my luggage there and check it out. Thanks to them, my trip was comfortable.

The owner was very kind! He spoke a little Japanese and even gave me some free tissues 😆 lol I looked up the location on Google Maps, and it wasn't that difficult to find. When I arrived, I got a little lost about which floor of the building it was on, but it wasn't a problem!

Easy to find. There's an elevator. The lady at the counter is very nice and will lock up your luggage. The place is clean and has security cameras, so it's safe (not far from Causeway Bay).

I didn't know that I had to make a reservation first to get the location, so I wandered around and barely got there. The Korean owner was very kind and helpful, so it was great. You just have to find the building and I highly recommend it.

The store was a little hard to find and I was worried about security due to its location, but the staff were friendly and there were no problems.

Lifts/elevators are a pain to get but it you're staying in one of the guesthouses then it's perfect. The lady who took our bags was absolutely lovely and offered us water and even a shower! As soon as we turned up and showed the QR code we were done. Bags are stored in a room behind reception (fairly sure she locked it as well).

The filipina staff ate cherry is very accommodating.

If you go through the door on the left side of the stairs, there is an elevator. You don't have to climb the stairs. The Indian restaurant will leave your bags for you.
