The staff was friendly to us, they helped us with internet when we had issues with network connection (recommend making screenshots of the QR code). They labeled one (!) of our two luggages and took them to a room at the back of the store, which we believe customers could potentially see. However, we thought it's okay bcs the staff had cameras and were looking around the shop. Our luggage was fine but we would prefer if there had been a curtain or something to make sure no one gets tempted to steal the unattended luggage. That's our only downside. Would recommend anyway.:)

Checking in the luggage was very easy. We got our hands free for our last stroll through Edinburgh and could collect it and get the bus to the airport right across the street! I recommend storing the luggage where it is safe and you have nothing to worry.

Fantastic luggage storage. Very safe and secure, don’t take your bags upstairs. The sign at the door tells you what to do. The staff are fantastic and the shop inside the tea room is so cute. Worth a visit.

Uncomplicated, very friendly service, and luggage is securely locked. The Willow Tea Room upstairs is also worth a visit for its unique Mackintosh design.

I would highly recommend this service. It really saved me on storing my luggage while I went on small tour to the Highlands that wouldn't allow my large luggage. Easy and safe.
