Well, this was the first time using a service to store luggage while we roamed Chicago, and I thought we would store them in lockers. But we actually stored them in a back room. They didn't inventory, tag, mark our bags in any way to note that they were ours and not someone else's. I was apprehensive about leaving my stuff in a place that was accessible to the public. However.... nothing was stolen and everything was in its place as we left it. I can't ask for anything more. So 5 stars.

They were great. They took our luggage and kept is secure while we were at the game. When the game was over, we went back to the store, and everything was in order. He was a little late getting there due to the awful traffic. He was very apologetic, and we understood. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

No problems, very efficient

Extra fees make it a little pricey but location was convenient. Staff was very nice. We left laptops and iPads all day and everything was fine, would use again. Good option for Airbnb guests.

Very good for leaving a backpack

First time using Bounce and would definitely recommend this service and this location to others. We were a little nervous at first but when we arrived, the staff was very accommodating. On 10/20 afternoon-night, the two guys working were excellent and friendly. We felt very safe leaving our things and were happy to be able to ditch our luggage to keep exploring the city.

The process to drop off and pick up was very simple and quick. It was a little weird that our luggage was stored by the employee toilet though.
