Very convenient location for Bounce, as it is right outside of the T stop for several lines. It was only 3 stops from the airport on the blue line. Staff is friendly and bags are placed in locked room. Just go to counter and say you have a bounce- no need to wait in coffee line. The coffee looked amazing though!

Very convenient location right outside of a few T stops (State on the Blue line coming from the airport). Staff was very nice, and bags are tagged and put into a locked room. Super easy to navigate- just go to the counter and say you have a bounce. We didn’t try the coffee but it looked amazing! Would book again.

Excellent serive from Bounce in Winter Place / Street, Boston. We've never used a luggage storage before but will defo use again. Easy to find and right downtown for easy transport links into city and later, in to the airport, helpful friendly staff. We were asked to take a photo of our bags where we left them to prove they were ours when we returned to collect...felt v safe and secure.

Amazing location in the center of Boston. There is a back alleyway where you can park and drop off, so it’s very convenient if you’re driving by car/lyft/uber. It’s also convenient to get picked up after you grab the luggage! Great customer service. Seamless experience!
