Fab, lovely staff, so easy to store

Very friendly and pleasant shop all secure x

Advertised as being 'the station' but in reality it's nearly a 10 minute walk from there. I was left outside ringing the doorbell for a good 5 or 10 minutes and started thinking I'd have to get a taxi over to the hotel instead. When someone finally came to the door there was no apology for keeping us waiting and no obvious reason for the wait as there were 3 members of staff in the bar area which is right near the front door. However, once inside, the check in procedure was quick and easy, and the staff were nice and helpful. No issues when we came to collect later (front door was already open when we got there). Would probably use again if needed.

Excellent. They store our luggage in an orderly and secure manner. The man and woman who work between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. treated us wonderfully. We had to wait for the bus, so after collecting our luggage, they let us stay in the lounge without any problems. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The store employee didn't quite understand the system, but he immediately asked someone else, and it was quickly resolved. Very friendly. Perfectly located for walking around central York.

It was so nice that I could drop it off early in the morning. There are no stairs. It's not difficult to get there. It's the best.

I never knew this Service existed. Of checking it out at the hotel wasn’t until 4 pm and we arrived at 10:30 am It was so easy to work. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Such an easy process. It is a little expensive but definitely worth it.

The clerk was kind and helpful. The shop is located between the train station and the center, convenient for those traveling by train with luggage.
