Discover Eaton Centre luggage storage

You leave your luggage in a convenience store very close to Union Station. You book online, it's cheaper than directly at the spot. Doesn't look super safe but we didn't have any trouble.

They were very organized and yes as some reviews state, they keep peoples luggage behind a convenience store counter (its a big area so it can fit many luggages). There is generally 1 - 2 staff members that look after luggage, though one is usually a Bounce rep', but the convenience store staff is also great about keeping things running smoothly ^.^ Its a lot safer to have your luggage here than lugging it around with you on the streets if youre walking around. Thank you for your service!! I dont know what id do without it!!

Sami, the owner of the store was great. Helped me setting up the reservation for my luggage and then directed me to the right spot where to wait for my Uber after i picked up my luggage. The price was better than what i was told for the storage at Union Station, even with add-ons surcharges (one always seems to get those in Canada).

I was able to drop my bag off a little earlier than scheduled. Both drop off and pick up employees were very pleasant. So helpful to find a place close to my airbnb where I could store my luggage until the time I was permitted to drop it off.

We used bounce for baggage storage in Miami. So it’s not new to us. For those who are new, it feels a little sketchy to leave your luggage at the convenience store. But everything went well. No issues at all. Happy with the experience.

Easy checkin and check out

Check in and out was seamless and the staff was really friendly, jovial and understanding.

Would be helpful if there was a sign on the store front indicating that this is the location. Also, I just went in and said I had a bag, which they gave me. It made for a smooth experience but did not inspire confidence that someone else could have easily said that same thing and gotten my bag.

The service is great and safe, the locker is in the INS store underground across from Tim Hortons 1 floor down to the ground.

A bit hard to find (within the big + multiple layered building), it was great convenience!

The bags were well looked after, the location is inside a market, in front of Tim Hortons, in the Atrium shopping mall, floor -1 (it was a little difficult to find), but it is a great location, as it is close to the subway and makes getting around very easy.

Super friendly staff, reasonably priced, convenient location. Directions could have been better - it’s on lower level of The Atrium right near exit from subway.
