Bounce service really saved my day! We dragged around 4 big luggage desperately for 2 hours, to find all the lockers in Tokyo, ohtemachi, and Ginza station full. Finally we found Bounce with available storage at Big Eccho Ginza. Location was easy to find, and the process at the location is easy because it is manned. I wish I knew earlier.

The location was a little tricky to find and lift was very small. When we wanted to add a piece to avoid carrying around a violin, it seemed very complicated as the booking had to be done in advance online.

A good location, it is on the fourth floor, the attendant was very quick, but observe opening hours.
